After jamming out to one of my favorite songs, I decided to get ready. I pulled out the uniform from the box...... "Aaaaaahhhhh!" I screamed. What is this?! My brother came running up the stairs. "What's wrong? Are you okay? WHAT IS THAT?!" My brother asked/ yelled. "Tell me about it! I opened the box to get my uniform, and there is an ugly rat sitting in the box!" I stated. My sister came upstairs next. "What do you mean? That's the uniform. Cute, isn't it." She giggled. "No! It is not cute! Whatever. Out of my room. I need to change." Everyone left my room. I reluctantly put on the atrocious disaster. "Aww! You look so cute! First day pictures!" My mom exclaimed. "Whatever. I'll edit it later." I said, bored. After about 20 pictures, we were told to eat breakfast and walk to school. "Wait! I almost forgot something!" I ran back to my room and packed an outfit for later. Then I ran back down stairs and have mom a kiss on the cheek. "Bye mom!"

With that, I slammed the door shut and caught up to my brother. "Ya know, Shiro. I wish you went to the same school as me." I told my brother. "Well maybe we just aren't meant to pass by each other in the halls." Shiro said. " Yeah. Yeah. Whatever. I just hope that nothing happens here. Especially since you aren't here. " I mumbled, facing my new school. Shiro turned me around. Although he wore glasses, he didn't look bad. He gave me a tight hug and I immediately hugged back. He pulled away and have me a kiss on the forehead and on the cheek. "You'll be fine. Don't worry." He whispered in my ear. Before you get any ideas, my brother and I are not in a romantic relationship. He has a girlfriend and I respect that. We're just really close is all. Besides, he likes to scare off the boys by pretending that he is my boyfriend. I don't mind though.

As I walk through the courtyard, girls were looking at me with jealousy clear in their eyes. Some boys were glaring at the back of my brother with envy. I ignored it though and made my way to the office. I already know this place by heart, but don't exactly know what club is what and where they are. I explored it last weekend when there were only teachers and staff. I made it to the office and saw a lady up front. She had platinum blonde hair that was in a neat bun with a few strands hanging out. "Excuse me. Can I get my schedule?" I asked politely. "Oh! Sure! Here you go! Hikari, Midori right?" I nodded my head and took the the sheet of paper and headed towards the door. Before I opened it, I realized I forgot to thank her. I'm still working on my manners. "Thank you." I say loud enough so she can hear it. I knew she could hear it because right before I closed the door she mumbled a barely audible 'your welcome', but I still caught it.

It was the end of the day and I successfully made it out alive without casualties. Once the bell that signaled the end of the day went off, I pulled out my phone and texted my brother.

Hey! You out of school yet?

Yeah, I'm coming to get you right now.

Don't bother. I'm staying after to see if I can find two certain people.

Be careful and come home at a reasonable time. And if any one asks, yes you have a boyfriend

My brother is so weird. Unfortunately, back to reality. I walked out of class and around the school. I admired the design for a while and didn't even notice that I had bumped into someone. The moment I hit the floor, I was out of my mind and back to the disgusting real world. "I-I'm so sorry!" I heard someone say. I glanced up to see a short guy about my height. He had his hand held out to help me up. I didn't care though. What I did care about was the fact that one of the people I was looking for was right behind the stranger in front of me. I quickly got up, by myself might I add, and ran over to her.

She was walking away from the spot that I just fell. When I finally caught up to her, I tapped her on the shoulder. "Hmm? Uh, are you new here? I don't think I've seen you around here." She said/ asked. She hasn't changed at all. Her hair was the same as it used to be, long, fawn, and always half up. Her voice wasn't high pitched nor was it deep. It was a little in between. Her eyes were the same clear blue, maybe a bit brighter, as they used to be. It had to be her. It couldn't not be her. She is the only girl I know who has eyes like that. "Ne me dis pas que tu m'as deja oublie Princesse." I said in french.

Translation: Don't tell me You forgot me already, Princess.

"Oh..... My gosh. Midori?! What are you doing here! I thought you had to got to school in Fiji!" She exclaimed while giving me a hug. " No. They canceled last minute. Anyways, where is Akihiko? You guys are never apart. " I asked my female best friend. "He ate too much candy last night. Now he is sick and at home alone." She said in a ' my brother is an idiot ' voice. "That sound like something he would do." I stated while nodding my head. " Oh! Haruhi! Join the conversation." My best friend said. The guy I had bumped in to not even 3 minutes ago joined our conversation. "Hey Kai. Is this your friend that you've been talking about?" Haruhi asked. " No. I always talk about her brother. This is Midori Tsuki Hikari. My bestest female friend. " Kai explained. "How do you now I'm female? I could be both." I said while smirking. " Why are you so weird? " Kai asked, face palming. "GASP! Did you forget already?! I am not weird...... I am INSANE!!!!!" Yes, I actually said the word gasp. " I missed you so much Insane. " Kai stated calmly. "I missed you too, Awkward. You and Crazy." By now we were hugging each other. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Haruhi walk away. "I think we scared him off." I monotonously state. With that, we were on the floor laughing. " Sleep over. My house at 6:00 p.m. tonight. Don't skip. Bring Aki. " I said and walked away. I am really bipolar if you haven't noticed. It's weird. I know. But hey, I am Insane!
