"So Kat, what's it like in Australia, compared to America?".
We'd finally gotten Katherine to open up a little.
"Well, it's nice! I like it.".
I picked up another slice if pizza.
"What about you Ellie?".
"It's hot! England is like, freezing." She exclaimed. "Almost too hot. How do you guys cope!".
We just laughed.
"You know, I wish I had your heat tolerance. And your accent..." Kat said wistfully.
Ellie nodded whole-heatedly.
"What? Are you serious? I think your accents are so cool!".
We continued gushing over each others accents, when a 5th voice joined in. A male one. With an Australian accent.
Let's just say, this Australian male had purple hair. You know where this is going.
"You all have amazing accents... Especially you Poppy." Michael winked.
"It's exactly the same as yours!".
I couldn't help the fact that I maybe felt baby butterflies in my stomach.
