chapter 11

Hi guys! I wanted to make a chapter to get you familiar with Biancas family, since I am finally taking this book seriously and including longer chapters. You can skip this chapter if you really don't care about it! Enjoy!

I sat down at the dinner table, greeted by an angry mother and exhausted father.

"Finally decided to join us?" My mom scowled. {My mom has dark golden skin, big eyes, thick eyebrows and freckles. She's also really short which is weird, because both her parents are really tall. I always aspired to be as gorgeous as her when I got older. She was 40.}

"Yeah, where were you?" My dad added.
{My dad has brown reddish skin, with light green eyes he inherited from his Italian mother. He was pretty tall with shaggy black hair. Even though he was pretty nice and chill with me, he still scared me because he was pretty intimidating. He was 45.}

"I was at the park with Nyla." I sat down in my chair, digging into my steak and mashed potatoes.

"So I heard you're dating Isaiah." Tristan, my annoying ass brother added. I gave him a death stare.
{Tristan was tall, with pale skin and black curly hair. He had black eyes and was pure evil, at least, in my eyes.}

"You have a boyfriend?" My dad scowled. My mom was actually pretty okay with it, but my dad was the opposite.

"No, oh my God. Tristan just likes starting drama. Speaking of that, Tristan instead of worrying about my life so much, how about you focus on yours and get a job?" I smirked.

"I'm still in high school, I'll worry about that when I graduate." He smirked back.

"Mommy is it true that when you get a job you get free money?" My little sister Margarita said, nearly jumping out of her seat. {Margarita was really young, with long, dark brown hair, and pretty green eyes like my fathers. She had my moms dark golden skin, and she was honestly the only family member I liked. I called her Margie.}

"No sweetheart, you have to work for it. Nothing in life is free." My mom sighed.

"Speaking of that, if I got a job, I'd probs buy a dog. I want a corgi, Gigi has a corgi and it's so cute to be honest." My other sister, Jasmine said. [Jasmine was a freshman, and was really smart, too. Except, she had dyed bleach blonde hair, which she did at a sleep over(which my parents got so pissed at), and had light brown eyes and my fathers complexion, and pretty freckles like my moms. She also was on our schools Varsity Cheer team even though she was only a freshman. She was annoying as hell though, and always stole my clothes and makeup.}

"Hey guys, I wasn't planning to bring this up at dinner but dad and I have a surprise for you."

"What is it?" All of us asked, curious.

My mom smiled for the first time today. "Your brother is coming to visit in 3 months all the way from France, for a full month!"

"Carlos is coming?" Tristan said ecstatically.

"Carlos is coming?" Jasmine said like Tristan, but disappointed and annoyed.

"Yes! Aren't you excited?" She said again.

I was ok with Carlos coming. I haven't seen my eldest brother in 2 years, ever since he left to Paris to attend college. I heard he was planning to become a doctor but we haven't talked in forever so I didn't know for sure. All I do know, however, was that he was dating some French girl and he got a new pet lizard.

"He said his girlfriend is coming, too. I think that means he's getting married soon!"

"He's only 21 though, and Colette is only 19." Tristan said.

"Isn't Carlos our brother?" Margarita asked.

"Carlos is so annoying, he thinks he's better than everyone and he's so stuck up tbh." Jasmine added.

"Am I the only one who honestly doesn't care?" I said.

Again, sorry for the short chapter but I just wanted you guys to get familiar with her family because I might start incorporating them into the story a lot more!!❤️
