minato namikaze sighed as he read through the amount of jonin senseis available to teach the new batch of students.

long story short, there wasn't enough.

while he was only one short, it was very difficult to find just the right sensei for this...troublesome batch of kids.

kakashi hatake. a prodigy. the smartest student in his grade. next to uchiha sasuke. he excels at every subject. he's very popular among the girls in his class. tends to have teamwork issues however.

sasuke uchiha. another prodigy. compared to his brother, itachi, he is equally if not even more greater. much potential in the future for him. straight A's. doesnt struggle in any aspect. besides socializing. once again, popular among the girls in his class.

naruto uzumaki. definitely the kid that stands out the most in this group. barely passed all the subjects. did the best in ninjutsu, surprisingly. a prankster who doesn't seem to care for much. loud, obnoxious, and carefree. somehow, also popular with the ladies in his class. also...his son.

he wanted a teacher capable of handling all three of these students. but none of the jonin teachers had those abilities in his eyes.

well, there was someone.

a really close friend of his, someone on his own team when he was younger.

hopefully, he could convince her to take this new position.

if she refused, he could always force her, right?

after all he was hokage...

right?

the sun peeked through the curtains into sakura harunos room. causing the female to toss and turn.

she groaned as she sat up, glancing at the time. with a sigh, she walked into her bathroom to get ready for the day.

she took a shower, brushed her teeth, blow dried her hair and tied it up into a long ponytail.

she got into her new uniform given to her by the hokage. which, she'll be honest, she didn't want in the first place.

but after days of him buying her useless junk and sometimes even her lunch, she agreed.

she grabbed her headband from her dresser and tied it around her arm. as she headed down the stairs she was met with the scrumptious smell of her roommates pancakes.

"waaah~!" she exclaimed as she pulled up a chair.

her eyes lit up as she glanced at the amazing chef, Rin Nohara.

"rin~ these smell so good!" she mumbled as she instantly plopped one into her mouth.

"as always you're starting without me." the girl sighed as she sat down, taking a bite into one.

"showwy..." she grumbled, still having food in her mouth.

rin laughed a bit, and shook her head. she never changed.

rin finished up her food and put on her doctors coat.

"i have a late night shift at the hospital today, your in charge of dinner." she hummed as she waved goodbye.
