One right after the other
It's never ending that tick tock

Will it ever stop?
I need some time
But I keep running out of it
There isn't enough of it

Why won't it stop?
Second after second,
I stand here

I'm still
I'm wishing and hoping with all my heart
Please,
All I want is some more time
I'm running out and I can't make more
Come on, please
Just this once give me what I need
I don't need much
Just a few minutes is all I ask
Nothing more I swear
Give me a chance
I'll make the best of it
I won't disappoint...
And as if on cue,
My wish gets granted.
