Off to Hogwarts (pt1)

A/N Hey guys I usually give shout outs or thank you's at the end but from now on I'm going to do them in the beginning so thank you too much FullOfPapers for giving my book a try, voting and for leaving me that sweet message in my inbox

Previously On Prongslet

They took Harry to bed and Remus was rocking him (Harry was alternating between them every night). After 10 minutes Harry fell asleep and Remus put a few charms on his room just to make sure he knew if Harry was going to have nightmares but there was no need since Harry for the first time in forever had a peaceful night and Remus DID get a big head for a while over his rocking chair idea at which Sirius grumbled every chance he got.

"NO," said Sirius standing up suddenly from his chair.

Harry had just fallen asleep (it was Remus's turn to rock him) and Lupin and Sirius were discussing going to Hogwarts to talk to Dumbledore.

"but Pad's," Remus said trying to counter "You were the one who wanted to go to him in the first place"
"A man has a right to change his mind"

"Yea only if the mind is sane" mumbled Remus

"Hey I heard that" half shouted Sirius

"1. Good. 2. You're going to wake Harry up" pointed out Remus

Sirius grumble and said "ugh fine, but don't expect me to be all hugs and kisses because HE is the man who put Harry there"

Remus raised an eyebrow and said "you are never all hugs and kisses"

"Yea and I'm not starting with HIM" Sirius spat out the last word

Remus rolled his eyes and said "Fine, but who are we going to leave Harry with? Molly and her kids are away at their Aunt Muriels"

"We could find a Hogwarts professor to look after him," said Sirius not really paying attention

"Yes, I'm sure Harry wants to go back to Hogwarts but who?"

"Just ask Harry," said Sirius still not paying attention

"Yea like knows any teachers there," said Remus giving up on Sirius and thought "Maybe if I could describe them all to Harry?" but said aloud "I'm going to bed"

"I'm going in a few"
"I better not see the house on fire when I wake up" Remus mockingly said

"Well there goes my plan," Sirius said sarcastically

"Night," said Remus and Sirius nodded his head

Time-lapse to next morning

"pup," said Sirius softly and nudged Harry "wake up" when that didn't work Sirius turned into Padfoot and licked Harry till he awoke

"PADFOOT," said Harry exasperatedly

"What," Sirius asked transforming back into a human

"I was having the most amazing dream" Harry grumbled

"really pup?" When Harry nodded he asked "about?"

"I was a baby and I was soaring on a toy broomstick and there were 2 people there one of them looked just like me except for the eyes, I had the woman eyes" he finished with a smile

"Oh," said Sirius smiling a little but still shocked "Well you should tell Moony about this"

Harry nodded and said "race you" and ran downstairs while Sirius was pretending to lose "you won?" He asked pretending to be cross

Harry nodded and gave him a hug and began running around the house shouting "UNCLE MOONY!!!" Lupin jumped a bit and then answered by saying "In the kitchen cub" Harry ran into the kitchen with Sirius on his tail sat down on the table for breakfast and began ranting about his dream when he was done Remus gave Sirius a questioning look with Sirius answered with a nod

"Oh Harry," said Lupin softly "that wasn't a dream it happened in real life and those people were your parents"

Harry widened his eyes and simply asked: "Do you have any pictures?" Remus nodded and said "After breakfast"

Harry then quickly finished breakfast and urged Sirius and Remus to finish too (mostly Remus). When they were done they went to Remus's room and Harry was shown magical pictures (literally and figuratively) of his parents" their wedding day, When Harry was born, Harry's first birthday, James proposal, One with all the marauders (but Peter was ripped out). When they were done it was time for lunch and of course, Remus cooked and they ate sandwiches at the table. While they were eating

Remus said to Harry "cub, we are going to Hogwarts tonight and you're coming with us" Harry nodded eagerly he really wanted to see the big castle again

"Ok, there you are going to be taken care of by a teacher while we talk to Dumbledore"

"Why can't I stay with dumly... dubly... dumbly" said Harry trying to pronounce the name

Remus smiled and said "Because we need to talk to Dumbledore about something important and no you are not in trouble," Remus said after noticing the look on Harry's face "We just wanted to talk to him about how amazing you are," he said planting a kiss on Harrys forehead

Harry nodded and Remus continued "ok so I'm going to describe the teachers and you tell me who you want to be with"

Harry remembered something and said "I want to stay with the teacher who saved me from..." and trailed off nervously not wanting to say the name

"Snape?" Asked Sirius finally speaking up. Harry nodded and then Sirius looked at Remus and said "No way" sternly

Remus sighed and said, "Of course you can Harry". Sirius gave Lupin a murdering look which Lupin shrugged off

"We're going tonight Harry" Remus finished

A/n: Yeah so sorry guys ill just update a part 2 since this is already tooo long and u know the drill it'll be updated the day after tomorrow since I want to update my Mech x4 fan fic. Also I know that I keep saying Remus sometimes and sometimes Lupin it is intentional since cuz *shrugs*. Also ur welcome this is my longest chapter ever and of course ill update the day after I did for this one didn't I? Also who's ur favourite Marauderer I love Sirius and James (lupin too but not my favourtie)
