chapter 10

Cindy's POV
We had a lot on the menu, we painted each other's nails, played a lot of games and now with nothing left to do they all want to sleep, but I don't, I mean what use is sleeping over at another person's house when you're gonna sleep early?.
"I am so tired right now" Ken said and plopped down on Ella's bed.
"Well, I'm not so are we gonna play T or D it what?" I asked and Becca- bless her -said
"I'm in" I smiled.
"Me too" Ella and Nicki said simultaneously and started laughing.
"I'm still not playing" Kendall said and I smiled .
"Nobody asked you to" Becca said the words that we're at the tip ofy tongue, God I love her already.
"Hey Ella" I heard Kevin's voice.
"What now Kev?" she said glaring at him.
"Easy there tiger, I just wanna borrow your charger" he said. I don't get it, he always seem so calm and collected, I wish I could do that.
"Here, take it" she said giving him the charger and he turned to go without even saying thanks, wow, he puts the arrogant in arrogant.
"Kevin we're playing T or D do you wanna join?" Nicki asked.
"No I don't think the rules are gonna be worth my time" he said and I face palmed.
"Cindy is making the rules" she offered and I narrowed my eyes at her, what is she driving at. I looked at Ella and she just shrugged.
"Nicki, he doesn't wanna play so let him go" I said glaring at her.
"No infact I do wanna play T or D with u girls" he said and all the color drained from my face.
  “No you don't wanna play with a bunch of girls do you?” I said suggestively.
     “Well, if you hadn't made it clear that you don't want me to play, I'd probably be in.y room by now.” he whispered in my ear and I shot a glare at him while he just chuckled . Ladies, I'd be right back.” he said and winked at Nicki before leaving.
     “I think he likes you” Nicki said dreamily.
     “What made you say so?” I asked trying to sound surprised.
    “I just have a gut feeling he does.” she said and I shook my head.
    “We are just friends, ok?”  I said and she smiled.
    “And how many female friends does Kevin have?” she said and I rolled my eyes.
   “You know what?, I've changed my mind, I want to play T or D with you.”  Kendall said and I rolled my eyes.
    “Ladies ,I'm back” Kevin said when he came back and sat beside me on the floor, I looked at Nicki and she was smiling foolishly. 
    “Ok, now, the rules” I said and everyone stopped what they were doing. “We ain't spinning bottles here, it's not always accurate, so instead we'd each take turns” I said looked at them all to be sure I had their attention , the others seemed to be listening while Kevin seemed to be focused on my lips. “Everyone has a number” I continued ignoring him. “Ken, you're number one, Nicki,two, Ella,three, Becca,four, Kevin,five and I'd be number six.” I said and took out two boxes from my bag.
   “Wow, you really came prepared” Kevin sniggered and I ignored him. 
   “Inside this box, there are cards of our numbers” I looked at Kevin,“Well, not all” I picked up a pen and scrawled a number six on a card an put it in the box. “That's better” I sighed. “If any one picks a number from this box, the owner of the number will either dare or ask a question.” I said and picked up another cardboard box, this box contains two cards, truth or dare, if u pick a card here then you pick a number card and the Pierson representing the number will either ask you a question or dare you, depending on which card you pick,”
    “So are we playing the game or not?” Kendall asked and 8 rolled my eyes.
    “Ok, but you can't back out or you'd pay six hundred bucks” Nicki gasped. “What, we can't just have you guys leaving when the game ain't over” I said, making my voice sounds a bit sinister and Kevin did a wolf whistle. “And if you don't do a dare or answer a question, you par three hundred bucks” I smirked, “Just so you can't say,‘I'm not doing that’ I said making my voice sounds super girly. “Any questions?” Nicki nodded.
   “What if we didn't bring enough money?” She asked and I smirked.
    “We'd all beat the person up” I said and she gasep and muttered the word ‘devil’ under her breath. “ any more questions?” I said .
      “So when you said we can beat the person” I heard Kevin's voice. “Can we use weapons?” wow, that sounds good.
    “There's no rule that says you can't” I said liking the idea. “Let's start” I said and passed the box to Kendall.
    “Why do I feel like I'm making a deal with the devil¿” she said and I smiled sweetly as she took out the cards. “truth, number four." She said and Becca smiled.
    “Are you dating that old guy?” she asked and I gasped and looked at Kendall for an answer.
    “I'm not answering that” Kendall said and crossed her arm.
     “Well, you know you'd loose three hundred dollars for a measly question?” Nicki pointed out.
     “Have it” Ken gritted out as she threw three hundred dollar bills at me.
    “Don't you think you're taking all this too far, if you're dating the guy just te_” I didn't get to finish.
   “Next person” she said angrily and I shrugged.
    Nicki took the box and it was a dare and number four.
   “Be right back” Ella said and stood up and ran out.
   “What's wrong with her?” I asked and Nicki shrugged.
   “Nicki, I dare you to eat this entire slice of watermelon” Ella said as she came back with a plate.
      “That's easy” Nicki said.
     “And gross” Kevin added low enough for me to hear.
     In other words, Nicki threw up after she was forced to finish the spoiled fruit.
   “My turn” Ella said and picked the cards. Her face fell and she looked at Kevin. “Kev, you know how much I love you?” she started .
    “Yeah, and I'm guessing you pick a dare and number five” he said and she nodded. “Great, so kiss number two on the lips”  he said sounding uninterested.
     “I can't kiss her she's a girl and she just puked” Ella said and he shrugged.“And I don't even have enough money” she said and closed her eyes as she drew in a sharp breath. “I'd let you guys hit me.” she said slowly.
    “Ok, I'd go get my baseball bat” Kevin said.
    “What are you even doing in our game, you're the only guy here?” Ella snapped.
    “Well, it's not like I wanted to play, but  sweet cheeks over here begged me to?” he shrugged. And Nicki blushed.
     “fine, I'd do it” she said and kissed Nicki then she ran to d bathroom to throw up.
    “That was brutal” Becca said and Kevin shrugged.
   “Nah I was being easy on her” he said nonchalantly and she sighed. Well she kinda swooned.
     “Well, it's my turn” she said snapping out of whatever trance she was in. After picking the cards she smiled at Kevin, not your average smile, more like a seductive smile. I looked at kevin and he looked like nothing was going on. “I picked a truth and number 5, Kevin? Ask me a question” she wiggled her brows suggestively.
  “Uh...” he said. “Tell me something to ask her” he said .
   “It's against the rules” I said and he sighed.
    “Ok uh, so what do you think about this old man your friend is dating?” he asked and Becca's face fell.
   “Uhhh, can I pass?” she asked and he shook his head. “Fine, since I can't pay for it I'd talk”she closed her eyes and sighed. “Ken, I love you but I think you dating that guy, if you're dating him, that makes you a whore” she said and opened her eyes. “Are you happy now Kevin?” Kevin looked uninterested as he shrugged and rolled her eyes. “If I didn't love you I'd have killed you arrogant bastard” she said under her breath but I heard her and I'm sure Kevin heard her too.
    “I can't believe you just called me a ho'” Kendall snapped. “When you were dating that guy online,” Becca shrugged.
      “At least he's not old” she said.
   “He lives in New York and you guys fucked online, I didn't interfere did I?”  this shocked me. “And now, you're calling me a whore because I'm dating Josh?” she shook her head.
     “I _” Becca was cut short when Ken put her hand up. “Kevin this is all your fault”  she said glaring daggers at him.
     “Umm, k, whats the name again ?” he said.
     “kendal” she said.
     “Yeah, now don't you feel stupid?” he asked. “I mean you just paid to not answer a question but now you've already told us he's name is Nick and you're dating him, what else do we wanna know?” he has a point though.
     “You bastard” Kendall yelled and lunged forward but Nicki grabbed her before she could harm Kevin an I found myself laughing and Kevin joined me. Ken glared at me and I covered it up wkth a cough while Kevin here kept on laughing .
    “Ok, it's my turn” he said and picked out the cards.
    “yeah let's get this over with” Kendall said and huffed.
     “I picked a dare and number 2”  he said and smiled at Nicki.
    “I dare you to kiss Cindy” she said with a big smile.
     “What?” I said and shook my head. “I'm so not gonna kiss him,”  I said and crossed my arms.
      “That would be three hundred bucks Kevin” Nicki said.
   “I didn't say I wasn't gonna do it” he said and before I could register he crashed his lips on mine and I found my self kissing back. He slipped his tongue in NY mouth and I let out a soft throaty moan and felt him smile through the kiss. Wait does that mean I'm still kissing him? Oh shit. I slowly- and reluctantly if I might add, but don't tell anyone- pulled away . I risked a glance at him and he looked like nothing happened.  
     “Your turn” he said and I realized I was staring.
   “Yeah,” I said and picked out the cards. I picked a truth and number two.  “Nicki, I picked you and a truth please don't do something stupid” I said and closed my eyes.
     “Don't worry this one's easy” she said and I looked at Kendall and she was glaring daggers at me. “How was it” she asked“The kiss I mean” she added.
       “Uhhh, it was umm, great I guess” I said trying to sound detached but I just don't know how Kevin does it effortlessly.
     “You're blushing” Kevin said in my ear and instead of me to stop I blushed harder .
      “Yeah, I'm not playing anymore” Kendall said and went to the bed.
     “Me either” Becca said and went to join her.
     “Yeah me too this game is a disaster” Ella said and looked at Kendall and Becca , they wouldn't even sleep close to each other.
      “Yeah the game was getting boring anyway” Kevin said and Nicki stood up and jumped on the bed to settle in between Becca and Ken.
   “Yeah” I said and started packing my T or D kit . I put it in my bag and went to the bed but there was no space left for me. “Wait, where do I sleep" Ella had already taken the couch.
    “You  can sleep in my room with me”. Kevin offered.
      “No,” I said and he frowned.
     “Why not , ain't we friends anymore ?” he nudged me. “Or are you scared” he added in a voice low enough for only me to hear.
    “No I'm not” I whispered back.
    “Then prove it” he said looking  me in the eyes. He had that glistening look of mischeif in his ice blue eyes.
     “Fine, but you promise to not disturb me in any way?” he nodded.
     “Promise ” he said but still had that mischievous look in his eyes.
    “Ok, goodnight Ella” I said and followed him.
                                                            
Hmmm, Kevin and Cindy alone in a room, I doubt if that's a good idea, but hey, we'd just have to see what happens next.
   And I'm sorry guys for the very late update I was really sick and didn't have the strength to update, but I'm better now and I'd try my best to update on time if you vote, please don't forget to vote.
