Today, Saturday i was on my way to get coffee with Ash. I've adjusted back into my Australian life, I still had a few weeks of holidays left until school started again but I didn't have long till graduation.
I parked my car and went inside, Ash was already there and had ordered the coffees, a pro when your friend knows your coffee order.
I sat down, "girlie what's going on" she jokingly said I giggled.
"Not much man just chilling savoring the break, you?" She nodded her head "same."
I asked about Jonah, she explained how they still spoke but it still was the same mindset they agreed to not date.
"How about you and Jack" she asked, I sat and pondered. "We haven't really spoken for two weeks" she frowned at my words "Mr Jack better not hurt you"
"We weren't anything though I don't mind I get he's on tour and like you know I respect that."
She shook her head making me confused, "yeah but Jonah can still talk to me so why can't he."
She was right but it didn't feel right to fight against it we were never dating we just were really flirty.

"Girl, it's July now you've got a to think and ponder how you feel I know any girl would be head over heels for him but you got a chance he gave you his number."
"Your words are always right."
I sipped my coffee as did she.
We soon finished and decided we would go check out some shops, Ashleigh and I took a mirror selfie in a shops window and I decided to post. Weirdly enough Zach, Jack and Jonah liked. My comments flooded with
"Who are they"
"Jonah liked!"
And many more, it was weird but i ignored.
The rest of the day was good although it ended too quickly Ash had work and I had to get home.
It is July 30th and the city is filled with why don't we posters they arrive in a few days Jack and I haven't spoken for a while but I still plan to surprise him I just hope it goes well.
When I arrived home mum was making some cookies, "hey hun" she said as she put them into the oven. "Sad baking hours?" I looked at her she chuckled, "good you're funny.. I just felt like making something fun. How are you doing I heard from my co-workers that her daughter was talking about the concert coming up."
I leant against the kitchen counter letting out a deep sigh "I'm okay I just wonder how he is doing and if he remembers me well."
It's true .. I hope he remembers the date.
