Here's to teenage memories I thought as we drove to the airport. I felt tears come upon but I ignored and thought of happy memories, from little times like Corbyn and Daniel being idiots to Zach and Jack freaking out when I fell off my skateboard to the night I shared with Jack. I sighed deeply knowing distance would grow on me and how upset I would be but I knew I had to grow up and take on responsibilities.
I felt Jack's hand touch mine I looked at him and smiled placing my head on his shoulder, although it went fast the weeks were good it wasn't a lie.
I was happy about coming home of course but the clock would tick and our patience will be tested. We arrived at the airport I had a big suitcase and a big backpack Jack took my suitcase out for me.
We walked into the airport and did everything we needed to do, I still had an hour left. Some fans were there the boys took photos and I decided to go for a walk around, soon Zach caught up.
"What you thinking about?" He asked, I was looking at out reflections every window we passed. "Just how Jack and I will be secure.. I trust him but you know" before I could say anything Zach stopped me and gave me a hug, "you guys are strong you guys are close to me now and I know it's been a short period but that doesn't matter."
I smiled in his chest making him laugh, we walked back to the boys who were just on their phones. I had to board soon, "having deja vu" I raised my eyebrow. They giggled, "ahh the continuous journey at airports" Jonah sighed.
I sat next to Jack who was quiet.
I held his hand making him zone back into reality, "Distance isn't anything all that matters is you and me. Communication is key Jack I love you so much" I whispered, he was drawing circles on my hand with his thumb he looked at me and kissed me. "I love you, we will figure out a plan."
He moved a little to get his backpack and then opened it up to give me a little box I was shocked. I opened the box and saw a ring, "now now we aren't getting married but it's a promise ring. I promise to be yours and only yours, I promise to love you endlessly and I promise that distance won't matter." He held his hand up showing me his ring, I started crying. I put on the ring and the boys cheered "wow already a wedding" Daniel joked. We all laughed, it was time to board.
I got my stuff and stood in front of the five boys. "My favs I wish you the best for music and I'll see you all soon this isn't the end I love you"
They all ran up to me and squished me into a group hug. I closed my eyes and felt safe for a moment a pure moment of happiness. When the hug broke the boys backed away and Jack gave me one last hug and kissed me multiple times. "I gotta go" I said, he rested his forehead on mine. "Call me when you get home, love you"
I kissed him then began walking once I had walked a bit I turned and saw the boys waving like idiots I cried a little more laughing and then I went.
