The bank was cold on the inside, they were shivering, they couldn’t vouch that only the low temperature caused their shiver, they were nervous and they couldn’t gainsay that. There were more people than they expected, and that made them more comfortable, at the moment they didn’t want to be looked at a lot, and more importantly, they didn’t want to feel a lone. “We need to take a number.” Tucker whispered to Clay. “Not now. He didn’t arrive yet.” Clay replied with a low voice. “Who?” Tucker asked in fear. “Victor.” Clay answered in suspense. Kaito got off the car, and wore his hood on, and started walking towards the bank.

Kaito waited for the right moment, when he found a lot of people passing by the bank's street. He stood still until he found a single man trotting, Kaito started moving forward without glancing a look at him, “I am sorry young man.” Kaito whispered to himself. The man pumped into Kaito powerfully, Kaito looked at him with his fierce eyes, “I am sorry.” The man claimed gently. “No you are not, you need to learn how walk in the streets.” Kaito shouted at the man with his loudest voice. “I didn’t notice you. I said I am sorry, it’s over.” The man said, trying to argue back. “No it’s not. You didn’t see me, then you need to buy yourself a pair of glasses.” Kaito maintained his tone high and thick, and then suddenly punched the man in his face. The man tried to hit Kaito back, but he evaded it and grabbed his top. Everyone in the street stopped their movements, and started observing Kaito. Zack finally left the car, and locked it behind him.

Zack ran up to the crowd, which started enlarging in front of Kaito and the victim, but no one interfered. “There you go Kaito.” Zack whispered to himself as he got past the crowd, and turned around the building. Meanwhile Tucker and Clay glimpsed Victor going inside the bank, “There.” Tucker whispered, without pointing, just tilting his head towards the entrance glass door. “Now.” Clay said softly, hurrying out to fetch a queue number before Victor. They grabbed their number, before Victor and his two guards reaching out to the queue machine. Tucker and Clay kept their heads to the ground, while passing by Victor, Tucker eventually bumped into him purposely, “Pardon.” Tucker called out, without revealing his face to Victor, and then Clay walked normally behind Tucker, leaving Victor staring at them suspiciously.

Fortunately their number was called out before they headed towards their seats. “Number 206.” The machine called out, and they started heading towards the counter where the number appeared on. “I guess this is going to teach you how to bump into people!” Kaito shouted, on the other side, and kept on hitting the man, the man’s face eventually was soaked in blood, he was non-resistive, and desperate in Kaito’s arms. The crowd didn’t stop emerging, everyone was watching, voiceless, and lamentable, although other psychos were enjoying. “Look, Kaito has got the street on fire.” Tucker whispered to Clay as they walked till their counter, still observed by Victor Nate. “Prerequisite.” Clay replied in an almost inaudible whisper.

The two guards of the back door looked at each other, and then started sprinting towards the middle of the crowd, grabbing Kaito, and deporting him from the haggard man. Kaito resisted a little bit, to give Zack the time to sneak through the back partitions. Zack observed a red, steel staircase heading upwards to the roof. It was placed on a wall with the hidden pipes and wire cables, and electricity boxes, it had a lot of paint, and cement blotches, it seemed this staircase was used as a service ladder for maintenance above the building. Zack hurried up along the staircase, until he reached the roof, everyone in the street where occupied by Kaito’s incident, so they didn’t realize that casual man, above the bank's roof.

The guards pulled Kaito towards their guarding spot, the back door leading to the vault. “Its alright, it’s alright. The story has ended, a man struck me, I was striking back. Let me go. And all of you, the show is over, what are you looking at?” Kaito started shouting, struggling to break free of both guards holding him. “I would advise everyone to go away, that’s not something to stop for.” The guardsmen called out bossily. Zack untiled the first block, using his screwdriver gently, then piled up another three above it. The metal barrier of the vault started appearing, which made Zack in shock, the whole fourty meters were the vault itself, it wasn’t something that would devastate the plan, because they knew they were going to meet a metal layer at some point, but it was just unusual they met it that early. In addition to that he was still exposed to the passing by in the street.

Zack wore his goggles, and got out his metal welder, and started melting a square in the vault, which would fit him with the bags, in and out. Clay and Tucker reached the counter. “How can I help you sir?” The lady on the counter asked. “I have an appointment today, I am receiving a large amount of money on my credit card, by the bank's approval.” Clay spoke confidently. “What amount do you mean sir? Can you please be more specific?” The lady asked gently. “2.6 billions.” Clay called out. “Oh, can you give me a moment sir? I need to ask the GM.” The lady said. “Take your time.” Clay said. The crowd in the street started to vanish, as time started to pass after the incident, “You aren’t going to let me go, aren’t you?” Kaito asked challengingly. “No, we need to give the cops a report first.” One of the guards said. “I think that would be unnecessary.” Kaito said coolly.

Kaito kicked the guard in front of him in his stomach, the one holding him, clutched stronger and started pulling him backwards, away from the other guard. Kaito grabbed the guard's head by one hand, they tried to call for help, but Kaito was faster and threw the guard on the one he kicked previously. Meanwhile Zack finished melting the metal, and tied one of the ladder's ends to one of the close by vents on the top of the roof. Kaito tried to open the back door vigorously, but it didn’t open. He searched into the first guard's pocket, but he didn’t find anything, he dragged the other guard closer to the back area, and inserted his hand in his jacket's pocket, he found a chain of keys, with a variety of keys' sizes and shapes.

Clay and Tucker were looking at each other with episodes of intercepted looks in worrisome, as the counter lady was speaking to the GM over the phone, with a low and gentle voice, but the quietness of the main lounge made it easier for them to hear her. “Yes, they arrived... Can give me an identity card, sir?” She asked Clay. “Sure.” Clay replied in confidence. Clay handed her his new identity card. “Yup, Victor.. Nate. Yeah... Alright.” She ended the phone call. “Everything alright?” Clay asked, with them shakes in his tone. “Yes, Mr. Victor, nothing to worry about. Can you give me your pin?” She asked, while typing somethings on her keyboard. “I’d rather give you the whole credit card, and please be quick. I am too late.” Clay said. “No problem sir.” She said, reaching out her hand to fetch the credit card. Clay dipped his hand in his pocket and got out with a credit card, then handed it to her.

Zack started fitting himself in the hole he melted, he held the bags on his shoulder and started going down the ladder with care. He legs were shaking, and he looked more than twice before each step he made, he was too careful going down, that it took him too long to get past the first few steps. His forehead was sweaty, as if he was tanning under the sun, sweat drops started falling off his fore head down the depth, and his hands started getting sweaty, which made him uncomfortable, and relatively nervous. His rate of descending was improving by time, but it wasn’t close to perfect, it was nothing like the drills they made in practice, he tried to force the memories of Clay and the practice into his brain, which gave him more courage.

Kaito held the keys' chain, and started trying each key in the key hole, there were a lot of failed tries at first, and Zack wasn’t the only one getting nervous, Kaito’s hand started shaking as well, and the keys started becoming slippery in his hands, but he got himself together way more quicker than Zack, which was still trying to balance himself on the swinging ladder. One of the guards started waking up, he started looking around to find the keys in Kaito’s hand. At that moment Kaito had found the correct key, and he was just opening the door, when he found the guard standing up, and dashing towards him. Kaito just dodged and the guard continued his way towards the open door, he was just stopped by the barrier, leading to a fall towards the vault. Kaito ran towards the guard, and kicked him sideways on his chest, and the man fell down.

Kaito heard his body slashing through the wind as he fell, and then the sound was permanently disturbed by his collision with the ground. Kaito realized the hung, empty ladder, through the hollow fallout leading to the vault, he smiled when he reckoned that the plan was going the way they wanted till now, it was just like Clay said, rhythm of rate, it was harmony, just like they imagined. Zack didn’t conclude this as perfection, when he heard the sound of the falling man, it was replaced by more nervousness and terror, he didn’t have such tough nerves as Kaito, but his morals started to just fade, after he had retained them finally, and started descending slower than slow, once again.
