2 months.
2 long and depressing months. Two months out of three months.
Three months you wouldn't get to see the man you fell in love with, the man you have yet to call your own.
To him? You were just a friend. A friend that he grew to adore. A friend that he always found himself smiling and thinking about. A friend that he'd like to kiss, to love and to hold.
Saying he was in love with you was an understatement. Jeon Jungkook fell for you in so many ways. You were his happiness.
You missed him already. You wanted to see that bunny smile, that jet black hair covering his doe shaped eyes, those captivating chocolate brown eyes, his thick thighs, well built upper body, his button nose and the hands that fit so perfectly in yours.
You wanted to hear that silly smooth, yet rough voice of his. You wanted to hear that childish laugh and to inhale that manly scent he'd come to own within the past four years of you knowing him.He was no longer a boy, he was a man.
A very sexy, cute and amazing man.
A man you find yourself getting heated from head to toe over.
A man you wish you could call yours.
You were wiping a table, looking out at the afternoon sky of Seoul through the large windows of the restraint you worked at.
It was Breathtaking to say the least and it kept reminding you of the man that brought color into your life. You wished upon everything that the next few weeks would fly by quickly so you could see that talented and handsome man again, but time was never on your side."Y/N, you've been wiping the same table for twenty minutes now, is everything okay?"
You turned to Lisa and smiled sadly, standing up and tossing the rag back into the bucket of now cold water.
"I'm sorry, I'm just out of it today."
She smiled knowingly and placed a hand on your shoulder, giving it a light squeeze before grabbing the bucket from the table.
"Is it Jungkook that's got you in a trance?"
You blushed and looked away, Lisa smiled to herself Knowing that was the exact reason, it always was. Her and Seokjin were the only two that knew of your feelings for the younger.
"Y/N! I need you to head to level two. Your waitressing a table up there tonight, they specially requested for you."
"Yes sir Mr. Lee."
Lisa smiled at you one last time, a creepy smile to be exact. She obviously knew something you didn't.
You shrugged the feeling off and headed to level two, noticing only once table was occupied by seven men. You didn't think much of it being large groups of guys come in to eat here all the time, but it was strange they'd seclude themselves from everyone else.
"Hello I'm Y/N, I'll be your waitress for tonight."
"We know sweetheart, we requested for you."
"Right, sorry about that. Silly of me."
You looked up from your notepad and gasped.
"I thought you wouldn't be back for another few weeks!"
They chuckled at you and stood up, crushing you in a big group hug.
"We've missed you! Jungkookies missed you the most though!"
Jungkook glared at Jimin, shyly smiling at you afterwards.
"I missed you all too, especially you Kookie."
You covered you mouth, realizing what you had just said, cheeks heating up from embarrassment.
Jungkook looks down and smiles, a red tint beginning to form across his face as well. Deep down he knew you shared the same feelings, but he had his doubts, thinking you probably thought the both of you were just really close friends.
He knew better though, he sees the red tint in your cheeks, he knows about the daydreams you have of him, Lisa was very clear on it the moment they stepped into the building and she figured out who Jungkook was. She remembered what he had looked like from looking at the lock screen photo on your cellphone.
Lisa told him everything beforehand and he was glad she did because it would make tonight go a lot more smoothly."Don't you have something to do Jeon?" Namjoon softly says.
You raise an eyebrow at the white haired man as Jungkook cleared his throat, motioning for you to follow him.
You gladly did, but wondered why the atmosphere suddenly changed to a serious one all of a sudden. Usually the guys were so cheerful throughout any situation, serious or not, so this was a change. You were standing on the balcony of the second story, a slight view of the city gleaming in the now set moonlight. You didn't notice how dark it had became in just thirty minutes, but it was beautiful.
"Y/N, do you ever think about being with someone again?"
You turned your gaze to him, looking into his glossy eyes, a small smile forming on your lips.
"If you're asking me if I feel something special towards you Jungkook the answer is yes, I do."
"You've always been the one to cut to the chase, I admire that about you. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I know we both feel the same and I want us to be more than friends."
"I'd love that. I should probably get back to work though. I don't get off until midnight and it's only 7:30."
"Oh, right. I forgot you were working. We'll talk later?"
"Of course we will."
"You still didn't give me an answer miss Y/N."
A smile crept its way upon your face as you looked at him, grabbing him by the collar of his shirt and pulling him closer to you. He raises an eyebrow at you before you press your lips to his. He's taken aback at first, but soon kisses you back, smiling like an idiot after you pull away.
"Does that answer your question Jeon?"
"Yes ma'am it does."
"Good," you kiss his cheek quickly and begin walking towards the door, "I'll see you after work Kookie."
