You phone began ringing, Namjoon's name popping up.
Normally you'd smile, but lately you've been feeling empty. You missed Yoongi. Even though you wanted to talk to him, you couldn't. He wouldn't want to talk to you. Not after the fight the both of you had got into.
You had seen him walking by the cafe you worked at earlier. The same girl you broke up over trailing behind him. The same girl he had sex with.
Yoongi always kept his word. When he said he was going to do something he did it and that's what hurt you the most, the fact that he had actually fucked her.
You still remember the video he sent you as clear as day, although your vision was blurry from all of the tears falling from your eyes at the moment.
A soft knock sounded at your front door.
You had bought your own apartment a few months after moving completely out of the one you shared with Yoongi. You had stayed with Namjoon majority of the time, but you needed a place of your own.
You got up and walked to the door, slowly opening it. You weren't really in the mood for company, but you couldn't keep ignoring everyone.
"Y/N, I was starting to worry about you, are you alright?"
"Namjoonie, hey. Yeah, I'm okay. Just not really feeling it."
Namjoon stepped inside of your apartment and guided you to the couch. You sat down, snuggling into the blanket you had wrapped around you, him sitting on the couch opposite of you.
"I know you miss him."
You sadly smiled, continuously looking down at the ground, you couldn't look into his eyes. You knew Namjoon would be hurt, but you couldn't help your feelings.
"He's been asking about you Y/N."
You finally managed to make eye contact with Namjoon. A frown taking place upon your flushed face.
"I'm sorry Namjoon. I really like you, but I still love Yoongi."
Namjoon smiled, taking your hand into his own.
"I know Y/N, that's why I came over. That wasn't Yoongi in that video you saw. That was another guy. Yoongi is an asshole, but he's not that much of an asshole. He isn't even the one who sent the video, she was. She switched their phone and he didn't notice until the next morning. Yoongi hardly talks to her anymore, he blames her and himself for your breakup. He misses you a lot. He always asks about you and surprisingly, he's actually cried over you Y/N. I think you should talk to him."
Namjoon looks past you, causing you to turn around as well, eyes slightly enlarging.
Yoongi was here. Bags under his eyes, hair a complete mess and he was a lot more pale than normal. He looked dead.
"I'm sorry Y/N."
Tears began to flow down your face. You couldn't hold them back anymore.
"I'm sorry for not trusting you."
"Y/N," Yoongi softly says, rushing to you to wipe the tears away.
Namjoon smiled at the sight, standing up and leaving your apartment. He had feelings for you, but he knew your heart would always belong to Yoongi. As long as you were happy, Namjoon was happy, even if he couldn't have you.
The door shut softly with a thud. The room going silent with the exception of you sniffles and Yoongi's hoarse breathing.
"I'm so sorry for hurting you. Please give me another chance Y/N."
"Okay Yoongi."
He pulled away from the hug he had just given you and smiled. It was broken, but it held so much meaning, so much regret.
"Thank you," he whispered. "I love you Y/N. I promise you I mean that."
"I know Yoongi. I know. I love you too."
