two: Hey, Look at That, I Died.
—————

I remained silent as we maneuvered our way through the house and the bunches of people scattered around, Noah wrapping an arm around me so that I didn't lose my balance and stayed close to him.

"Hey, Centineo!" I heard someone shout and I looked up to see that it was another one of my brother's friends, Reece. "Its only twelve, where you off to, bro?"

"Taking little Sophie here home," Noah said and I frowned. Little Sophie. I wasn't little. "Could you do me a favour and find a blonde girl named...What did you say your friend's name was?"

It took me a few moments to realise that he was talking to me before I looked up and replied, "Mia."

"Yeah, Mia, and could you just let her know that Soph's okay?"

Reece nodded, "Sure. Don't do anything dumb, Centineo."

Noah chuckled. "I think we both know Cole would kill me if I did."

They exchanged goodbyes and we then made our way out of the massive house, the chilly night air cool against my heated skin as we stepped outside.

I reluctantly followed Noah to his car, whining along the way about why exactly he'd made me come to this stupid party if he was just going to make me leave it early. He'd simply replied that he hadn't expected me to get drunk and the rest of the conversation trailed off when my headphone jack found the aux cable.

The rest of the car ride was spent with me belting out the lyrics to various songs and rambling on about the latest happenings in the MCU while Noah listened, amusement lining his facial features.

"So you're telling me that you think Tom Holland has better hair than me?" Noah exclaimed, placing a hand on his chest in mock hurt.

"That's not what I said," I replied, "I said Tom Holland has a better everything than you do. So does Peter Parker. C'mon, Noah, you should know that by now."

"Wow, Soph, why don't you just take the knife and shove it in deeper?"

"Can you flick your wrists and have webs designed by web fluid you created shoot out of them?"

Noah rolled his eyes. "No."

"I didn't think so. Call me when you get bitten by a radioactive spider."

"Does getting stung by a bee count?"

I pursed my lips in thought. "Has it given you the ability to turn pollen into honey?"

"Not necessarily," Noah replied after a moments thought. I watched as a smirk formed on his plump lips. "But I do find that I have the ability to make girls drip honey."

Noah simply chuckled when my mouth hung open in shock before getting out of the car that I hadn't even noticed was now parked in my driveway. He came around and helped me out before we made our way to the front door.

I came to a halt just before the porch steps and Noah turned to look at me in puzzlement.

"What are you doing?" He asked, watching how I tilted my head to gaze up at the sky. A sigh escaped his lips when I remained silent and he came and stood beside me.

"The stars look pretty," I stated, voice soft. The sky was free of clouds, allowing for each glistening ball of silver to glow clearly beneath the moonlight.

"Yeah," Noah murmured. I turned my head to see him gazing at me before he tilted his head up as well. "Make a wish."

"Huh?"
