He was a plebian while I'm a patrician. It was hard for the both of us to be together because of some Laws. The law said that: A plebian couldn't marry or be with a patrician.
Plebian are the people who's not rich. While the Patricians are the richest in the country. They are also working in the government. Only Patricians can work in the government.
This Plebian I meet weren't that poor, he's not that rich either but his family were known in the city as one of the richest family but couldn't apply at the government.
But that wasn't the case. The case here was that I like him.
For a plebian he was so Handsome like a prince. I couldn't take my eyes off of him for a second. For the first look, I thought he was a patrician but he told me that he was a plebian. I was shocked. How can someone as handsome as him become a plebian? And the clothes he was wearing doesn't approved the fact that he's a real plebian.
We dated like a few times before becoming a couple. I know we're both breaking laws but love conqueres all. I don't care if he's a plebian. The only thing I care about was that he love me and I love him. And if my parents or the government knew about this we'll be separated from each other. Or worse, he could get killed. So we both wanted to runaway. But he knew I couldn't do it. My parents keep me so safe because I'm their one and only daughter. I even heard that I would be arranged to a guy named 'Huang Minghao/Justin'. I meet him thrice and I was older by a year. But I don't want him. I only want Fan ChengCheng.
"Chengie" I called his attention. He looked at me sweetly. His eyes told me that he love me very much.
"Yes, mi amor? (Trans: my love)" he asked, not breaking the eye contact. I got lost at those sparkling eyes not until he snapped me back to reality.
"Mom and dad wanted me to marry Justin" I said as a frown crept it's way to our face. His eyes weren't sparkling anymore. But instead it was filled with tears that he doesn't want to come out. He keeped it all. He looked away.
"I-It's fine, mi amor. I know how hard it was to become a patrician. But I'll be fine knowing that you'll be safe with him" he said as his voice cracked. He doesn't want this. Iwant to give him what he deserve. He deserve to be love, not get hurt.
"Chengcheng you don't get it. If me and Justin become a married couple we can't be together anymore" I said. I was shocked to hear his respond.
"Then let's break up. I want you to be happy Y/n. And Justin might give it to you" he walked away after that. I didn't stopped him. This is what he wanted. But how can I be happy if the man I would marry isn't him?
After the day of the wedding
I didn't went on the wedding day. I runaway for him. I remembered the face that greet me at his house. I was wearing my gown that time when he opened the door. His parents aren't there with him. So it was just him that saw me. I hugged him so tight that I started crying. He, of course invited me inside. We both sat down at his comfy sofa.
"I don't love Justin. I don't want to be with him, Chengcheng." I shook my head.
"But what about your parents?" He asked worriedly that if my parents found out that I was with a plebian, they might forbid us to see each other.
"I don't care about them! They only want what's best for them! They don't care about my feelings" I cried. He hugged me tightly as he whispered those words I want to hear from him. "I won't leave you. I love you so much to let go of you" and my head become heavy and the next thing I knew, I was asleep in the love of my life's shoulder.
The next day
I woke up in a familiar room. I looked around and noticed that it was my room. Wait! I thought I was in Chengcheng's house? Did he called my parents to pick me up? That's impossible. If Chengcheng delivered a message it might take days from them to reply back. But why am I at my house? Just then, the doors opened.
"So, you're awake?" He asked. I nodded at his question. Why did Zhengting acted like that? His voice was stern.
"Please. Get up, take a bath, wear something decent and follow Quanzhe. It's an order from your parents" he said.
"Thank you" I said and he walked away. I did as I told. I got up from my bed, took a bath and wear a dress. It was the only decent clothes I have. And just like what Zhengting said. Quanzhe was there to escort me to a room. I never been in this part of the house so I was scared. I look at Quanzhe for reassurance. He smiled at me with those hamster smile and nodded. I took a deep breathe. Quanzhe was one of the servants that I like (not romantically!! It was in a friendly matter) because he's my only friend in this house. So I trust him a lot, and he know it. He opened the door for me and I went in.
It was dark. But I could hear faint sounds like crying. Crying? Who would cry though? Then my questions were all answered with just one flick of a light (oof.. wanna one?? DO yOU feEl tHe SaME). The guy who was crying was Chengcheng. Dad was there. Even everyone from the government.
"Y/n.. I couldn't believe that you actually took the risk for this plebian. You're the only person that the government from Athens wants. But yet you have disobeyed us for this lone Plebian. We're so dissapointed in you" Zhang Yixing - the highest in the position said while he shook his head in dissapointance (is that even a word?).
"I-I'm sorry if I couldn't marry Justin. I don't love him. I only love Chengcheng. Please let him go" I begged. Chengcheng were looking at me the whole time. But I couldn't look at him back. I was scared. I'm the cause of this.
"You also broke a law. Now, this lone plebian shall be kill. Because of what the both of you did" Cheng Xiao - the most beautiful in the government (fite me if you didn't agree!! SHE'S MY BIAS IN WJSN. YOU FITE ME??) said, sympathy were traced in her voice. My tears started to roll out of my eyes on it's own.
"No! Please don't! I'm begging you! I'll marry Justin if I'm not late. Just don't kill him. Please" my knees got weak and my body started to shake.
"Okay then. Let's rearrange the wedding for Justin and Y/n." Li Ronghao said. And they all walked away. It was just me and Chengcheng. I started walking towards him.
"You don't have to do that Y/n. It's fine if I got kill. I just can't bare it to see you with someone else that isn't me" he cried. Those sweet words. I won't forget those once I'm Justin's property (WTH?! Seriously?! PRopeRty?!)
"Do you think I can bare it to see you got kill?! I can bare being with Justin as long as you stay in this planet!" I exclaimed as tears wet my face.
"It'll just hurt us both. Let's just say goodbye to each other afterwards." He said.
Those were the last words he said before walking away from me. And afterwards I was married to a guy I don't even love. I never saw Chengcheng again but I know he's somewhere in this planet. Reincarnated to a person just like what happen to me. I'm reincarnated to a girl here in the world 2018. And inlove with a Cpop group called YH Nex7 and Nine Percent. But the only member that I like is Chengcheng. He remind me of him. But... what if it's him? What if he's reincarnated in that body?
