Chapter 2

It wasn't really dull in the morning when Naruto awoke following the same order of the day prior. The only difference today was change in clothing.

Naruto's training garb from today would consist of black mesh undershirt etched with a thumb hole, over it a short sleeved black turtleneck t-shirt - on the chest ran two blood orange stripes horizontally and on the back was proudly stitched Uzumaki crest, for bottom he wore ANBU style joggers Naruto had found himself comfortable in and on which there were two orange stripes of same shade running vertically on each side of pant leg.

When Naruto's routine for the day ended he made his way towards the Hokage Tower. Knocking like a civil person he waited for the magic words. Hearing an 'enter' he wasn't surprised to find the voice grumpy. The one hogging the seat was an Old Hag after all.

Let Naruto remind you, that youthful appearance was all but an illusion.

Tsunade's initial reaction after surprise that the blue eyed blond had knocked on the door was suspicion and shock. She stared at him from head to toe and raised an eyebrow. Well that's a pleasant change. Is what Tsunade concluded about his attire.

Tsunade hummed already suspecting an urge to bring out her drinks. She was Senju Tsunade, she did not deny any alcoholic urge.

Not so secretly drinking anymore she said, "What is it brat? Finally going to withdraw your request?"

Naruto sighed as he laid a hand on his hip and other waved his index finger in a 'no you silly child' motion towards the busty woman.

Naruto, "No. I am not here to withdraw my request."

Tsunade, "What else then?"

Scratching his nape nape one Naruto said, "Well. I know how my previous teammates are. They would be uncaring or neutral to the information you disclose about me. Sakura-chan can be a little aggressive and Kakashi-sensei can be a little curious so I would appreciate if, tteba, you would keep my whereabouts 'less known?'."

Forehead creased in contemplation she looked at Naruto in thought. Tsunade was getting a picture here already and it was only making her more skeptical, "What do you suggest I say then?"

Naruto, "Uhm.. Well, you could say I'm denounced to solo as a punishment. This is not exactly a lie anyway. Ttebayo. I know for a fact that there are punishments like this and when the Shinobi finally is allowed to take on missions they are under surveillance by one or more superior."

Tsunade sighed, "True. The team won't be able to contact you in any way till then. Are you okay with that?"

Naruto nodded after thinking, "I think that would be for the best Baa-chan."

Out of the blue Tsunade said, "Brat. You must be mistaken. They do care about you."

Naruto grinned at her brightly, "Of course Baa-chan. How they react will speak for it themselves."

She gazed at the youngster biting her thumb nail pensively, finally she nodded. "Very well. I will see how they respond and then continue how I wish."

Naruto pouted even so nodded in agreement, "Okay. Up to you then Dattebayo."

Tsunade, "I assume you have already thought how you will be furthering?"

Naruto, "Yes. I need some time for training, which could also be said my probation period. As soon as it ends I will start taking solitary missions."

Tsunade, "I cannot just let you take any of those just after you are out of "prohabation". After constrain comes surveillance."

Naruto, "Oh."
