 “My heart shattered into millions of pieces….”

“Everything inside me shattered in that moment……”

You all must have read these cliché-tic lines many times, and many more like it, conveying the message how it feels when hope inside you dies, to get hurt emotionally, or having your trust broken by somebody you loved ..

But have you ever read about the person who sees the another person, that he/she care about the most, getting shattered in front of them…

I have experienced it and trust me when I say this... it kills you. And moreover, when that person refuses you help, it feels as if it was all your fault.

This story is about a person really close to me and seeing her getting her heart shattered over and over again in front of me.

Before getting to the story I would like to say a big heartfelt thank you to my dear chopstick,

“Chopsticks, Thank you for letting me use your story and also I’m really sorry for all the times I let you suffer instead of being there for you. I’m also sorry about the fact that I had to keep some things from you and also lie to you about it. I’m really sorry and hope you’ll forgive me….eventually”
