If... [complete]

Four

Yesterday with Rye was fun. I enjoyed the movie and his company.

But this is today. And tomorrow I go to court. Nobody here knows about my past, not even rye. I try to keep that part of my life as closed off as possible.

I was sitting on my bed doing homework. And just like always, Rye abruptly walks in.

"Wanna hang with me and the lads?"

"Which lads?"

"Mikey, jacklyn, Harvey...you know.

"Yea sure. Just let me put my shoes on."

He nods and grabs his jacket. I put all the papers back in the binder and leave it as I go to grab my shoes.

I was first to walk out the door. I took a right seeing that's where I always go, but Rye takes ahold of my hand and starts pulling me the other way.

"We're going to the commons, not to class. Your going the complete opposite direction."

"Well I didn't know." I said defensively.

"Well you do now." Rye never lets go of my hand. I debate on weather I should let go of his. Its just holding hands. Friends do it all the time. It's nothing big. So I decide to keep holding his too.

He takes me to a door that leads outside. As we walk through we're welcomed with the smell of flowers and sweat. Picnic tables are spotted around the area and our friends happen to be sitting at one of them.

As we walk to the table, I notice their faces as they stared at our hands. But we're friends so it doesn't matter if we're holding hands. Once we sat down, Mikey immediately started talking.

"So next weekend I'm having a birthday party and-"

"For who?" I interrupted.

"Me. Duh. But I was wondering-"

"It's kinda sad your throwing your own birthday party don't you think?" Brook said earning Jacks signature laugh in response.

"Do you want to go to Disneyland or not?"

At the sound of Disney land we stopped interrupting and let him talk. He tells us his plans for Saturday and we listen in eagerness.

"How do you suppose we pay for this?" Harvey asked.

"Well my family kinda works high in the company so I can get in for free."

"How high?"

"Their kind of in charge of this location." We were shocked. His family must be really rich. "So do you want to go or not?"

"Yes!" We all said at once.

Mikey's POV
Good. I invited the group. Now only one thing left to do. Ask Harvey to be my date.

My mom has been pressuring me to bring someone and if I have to, I'm going to try and bring Harvey. We continued chatting for a good hour. We talked about a lot of stuff ranging from Ryes football team to my least favorite subject, Harvey's long list of ex girlfriends.

"Guys I have practice, I gotta get going." Rye said.

"Are you going back to the dorms?"

"Yea."

"Ok. Wait for me." They honestly are the cutest  couple, even if they aren't one yet. They even have jacklyn beat at the moment because right now, their being annoying. They keep arguing then cuddling. Pick one! Are you mad or are you in love. (I guess you can say their madly in love)
