The Marriage Contract

The Scent

     Next morning Yunlan and Shen greeted the entourage members of the wedding. As in Zhu, Yezun, Da quing, Chu, Gao and even Lin Jing.
As they given their respective room.
"Zhu! You"ll be in charge of the bride's maid. And you Yezun will in charge with the groom's man. As they both agree they all disbursed.

     Only Da quing and Yunlan left. "What do you want to talk to fat cat?!" Yunlan said. Da quing looking at him from head to toe. "You didn't notice do you? "Everyone is talking about you." Yunlan make a puzzle look, "On what? On being my fabulous self? Or maybe marrying the most gorgeous man in the world." As he nervously laugh while watching Da quing looking at him with intense eyes. "Are you glowing or something? Didn't you notice? Your skin, do you put powder or glitter and your scent? What kind of perfume are you using?" As Da quing inspecting him. Making Yunlan uncomfortable."Would you stop the touching part! I"m not a bulb, why would I glow, fat cat and I just took a bath?!" But Da quing didn't stop.  "Everyone gawking at you? I know your good looking but not that good. Even the gossiper Lin Jing has suddenly been quiet and admiring you. Okey what magic did Shen gave to you?"Yunlan suddenly get mad, "Gawking? Maybe frighten, I'm their Chief they should follow my order, silly cat? " But as they walk by a mirror, Yunlan inspect himself. "Maybe they just realized what good looking their Chief is. " As he make a sign of V, and posing again in different angle. Making Da quing puke. He also notice the guards are looking  at Yunlan  in a different way. As they passed each one of them, they want to smell Yunlan, only Da quing notice. For the Fool's mind is flying somewhere else.

     Yezun want to talk to Shen on something, "Gege did you seen  any changes on your husband"? Shen turn, "What do you mean?"
As Yezun suddenly blushed. Shen was suprised, "Did Didi just blushed?" As Yezun continue, " Your husband, he look gorgeous this day!" While not looking at Shen face. "Everyone is talking about it even the guys. Didn't you notice it, when he was there, everyone gaze at him differently." Shen suddenly said, "Even you?" Yezun defend himself, "I have already have Zhu, why do you think of that?!" As he lower his gaze. "I'm just worried, even Zhu is falling for him again." As Yezun clutches his brother shoulder, "Gege could you cover his face while he talking to Zhu, or make a mask or something. Even your guards is staring at him." Shen Wei was mad, "Why would I do that to my husband. Look maybe they just admiring their Chief." But Yezun pointing on something. As he look we're the direction he is pointing.
His husband walking with Da quing, is he holding hands with Yunlan. While Yunlan mind is somewhere else. Behind him the guards are all looking at him with adoration. Suddenly in a bolt of lightning, Shen was right beside Yunlan, glaring at Da quing and the guards. Da quing detached his hands, while the guards straighten themselves. "Wifey! There you are?! As Yunlan face him. Shen suddenly face change as he blushed. "Stupid! Why I'm blushing, his my husband. I should have use to it,  seeing him smile at me" Wait! Why is his glowing like that and that scent?" His mind was cut off when Yunlan embrace him. His scent making Shen crazy. " You feel that too?!" As Da quing looked at Shen.

     Shen pull Yunlan at a nearby tree,
"Yunlan did you put a perfume or something?" Yunlan just laugh, "My Wifey why are being paranoid like the fat cat? I didn't wear any perfume or something just to get your attention." As he wink and hold Shen's hand. Making Shen even blusher. "Stop doing that?!" As he detached his hands from Yunlan.  Shen whispered to himself, "Why my heart wants to burst out!?" As he transformed into the Dark Envoy, he took off his coat and cover the bewidered Yunlan. "Shen! What are you doing?"  Yunlan scent subside.
As Shen pick him up and brought him inside their room.

     "Okey you have many explanation to do?!" As Yunlan about to take off the coat. Shen stop him. "There's something wrong with you? Your scent." Yunlan peek outside the coat, "Why?  Did I smell bad? I took a bath today." Shen cover him again. "That's not it! Your scent it's driving me crazy and your skin is glowing." But Yunlan's head peek again outside, "As in crazy?  Crazy? Do you want to do something to me?" As he wiggle his eyebrows. As Shen cover him again. "Didn't you notice everyone is gawking at you. It's  not only me, your subordinates, friends, the guards even my brother is having a major crush on you!" But Yunlan laugh under the coat, " It's not my fault I"m...His cut off by Shen, "Don't you ever go outside for a while, until we figure it out what the heck is happening to you?'' The tone of Shen is getting angry. Yunlan nod, while finding Shen shoulders, as he hold them and massaged. "Okey I won't go out, just relax don't be so tense. As he nuzzle in Shen's neck.
Shen forgotten as he embrace Yunlan, his scent suddenly reached his nostril. "Hmmmm....Yunlan you smell so good."  Shen embrace him tightly. "Shen, I can't breath... As he was shove into the the bed, his coat lost halfway. As Shen dove his lips upon him. He yelp as Shen tore his shirt roughly, while his claws dug deep in Yunlan's body. Yunlan cried in pain, as he flipped Shen and covered him with the blanket and tied him up with curtains rope. " What's wrong with you! I never know you have claws! That hurt!"  But as he wipe the wound it suddenly  disappeared. Shen Wei still struggling with the blanket as his eyes become red. Yunlan put on the coat again as he spray perfumes on the room. Shen stop in struggling while his eyes turn back to normal. "Yunlan what happen? And why I'm tied up?" Shen tried to get close to Yunlan but he step back . "Maybe your right, there's something wrong with me, I can't get to close to anybody." As he ran outside, leaving Shen tied up.

     Da quing heard Shen calling as he went to their room. He was suprise that Shen is tied up. As he untie him, "What happened? Where's Yunlan?" Shen looking upset. "I lost control that I almost devour him. He tied me up and run away." As Da quing shake, "This not good, what if the others smell him?" Shen look at Da quing, "Why are the scent not affecting you?" Da quing explained, " My bells protects me from any magic, that's why I'm the top of the food chain!" As he smirk.
"But what about my Yunlan, we must find him!" Shen assured,
" Don't worry his wearing my coat. It conceal his scent." Da quing look at him, "Like you?" As Shen lower his gaze," I don't know how his scent got out?" Da quing phasing like a mother hen, "We should find him before anyone, it's like giving dried fish to all cats, he will be teard apart. We should call his father.

     Yunlan quietly get out from the castle towards the market place, as he bump into someone. His coat got tangle to the other person coat. The person saw his face, as he bow to recognize their King. Everybody stop as they all want to see their King. Yunlan warn them not to get close . But the people ignored his warning, as one of them pull the coat. The scent of Yunlan flows in the air. Making all the people want to touched him. "Eeep!" He  squeel.  As he run to an alley and  hide in a barrel. The people lost him. When he got out in the barrel . "This not looking good. But we're would he go?"  He teleport himself to a forest where's a big tree stand, "Maybe it's much safer here to hide." This tree is the once the meeting place of Shen and him. "I missed my Wifey, but I can't come back there until I figured it out, why I'm having this scent. As he climbed up the tree and sit on a big bark. His quiet tired, as he fell asleep.

     At the castle Shen and the others are trying to  find the missing groom. As all of them has oxygen gadget made by Lin Jing in case they seen their Chief. One of the guards told to Shen, they seen Yunlan in the market place but he suddenly disappear. "Where could he gone?" As Shen got worried.

     In the tree top.  Yunlan was awake by a familiar voice. "Hey! You stupid son of mine! Come down here!"Mr. Zhao looking up at him. Yunlan was suprise to see his father. "I can't my scent might trigger you or something!" Mr. Zhao put his hands on his hips. "I've read about it, their family won't be affected!" Yunlan thought, "How do you know where to find me?''        Mr. Zhao getting irritated, "Your wifey call, he said your missing. I  just got  lucky in finding you here. So, get down!" As Yunlan descendent. Mr. Zhao got shock as Yunlan uncover himself. "What?!" As Yunlan ask his Dad.

     Mr. Zhao called Shen. I have good news to you and bad news. "What do you mean? Is Yunlan okey? Did you find him?" Mr. Zhao paused for a while. ''Yes, I found him but the wedding is cancelled for a while. "What?! Why?! I have to talk to him. Shen he doesn't want to talk you. Could you give him time. As Mr. Zhao end the call. All of them look at Shen worried face. Da quing is the first to approach him, "What happened to my Yunlan?!" Shen just said, "They found him but the wedding is cancelled.
