How Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc should have went

The rest of Chapter 4 and the beginning of Chapter 5

Now we are on Chapter 4. Not too much is different than it was in Chapter 2 now. Most of the deaths that actually happened in the game actually happened, except for Sayaka, Junko(Mukuro) and Leon. 

Makoto takes Leon to Makoto's dorm room (The nurses office was not open) and Sayaka eventually comes on in to the dorm room and the two check Leon's fractured right hand. Sayaka than explains how she stumbled in only to see Byakuya and Leon fighting. Leon discusses that he went to the dining hall, only to see Byakuya, all alone, and without hesitation, Byakuya began fighting him. Leon began fighting back, but only in self defense, (get the reference to the actual game?) and than the fight was on. Sayaka asks if Byakuya could be his target and that's why he fought him, but Leon than says that he will share with them his target so that they could trust him. Leon than shows Makoto and Sayaka his target. His target was Junko(Mukuro). Makoto and Sayaka begin to look a little worried, but Leon than says that he has no intention to kill anyone. At that moment, however, Leon begins discussing how he had always wanted to be a famous musician, but now here he was with a fractured right hand a losing a fight to some rich boy. Leon than looks disappointed towards everything. Sayaka than begins talking about how she always had to work hard and that the pop industry is super stressful. Leo than looks up at Sayaka and Sayaka than begins talking about how in the Pop, and music industry in general, is a lot like life. It could be very unfair and it may seem like it's the end of the world at times, but there's always a reason to go on and never give up. Leon than begins to get a little teary eyed and than walks back to his dorm room for the night after thanking Makoto and Sayaka for helping him get away from Byakuya. The two of them than both help Leon back to his room for the day and Sayaka and Makoto begin discussing that they should, maybe inform everyone about what had happened with Leon and Byakuya as well as tell Junko(Mukuro) about her being Leon's target, just so she could be safer and feel less worried. Makoto than says that they should, probably, not tell Junko(Mukuro) about her target so that she does not become even more worried around him, but they should tell everyone else that occurred between Byakuya and Leon. 

Sayaka and Makoto than begin going around and discussing it with everyone (cause breakfest was over) about what had occurred. They did not tell it Toko though in fear of her doing something crazy to Leon out of spite for how he fought against Byakuya. Later on thqat day though, Makoto is about to go to get a bite to eat at the dining hall with Sayaka after they told Hagakure, Sakura, and Junko(Mukuro) about what had happened, each of them all afraid of what had happened. When Makoto and Sayaka than both go to the dining hall, they hear the sound of a massive table falling over. The two of them rush in, only to see Hakakure hiding under a chair and Toko, now Genocider Syo, standing above Leon, who was bleeding from the right shoulder and on his knees. Makoto and Sayaka than yell and Genocider Syo and tell her to stop. Genocider Syo than says that Byakuya had ordered her to try and wound Leon. Before Genocider could continue talking however, Sakura came in and saw what happened and immediately pieced so and so together. Sakura than began fighting against Genocider Syo and Leon began running back to his dorm. Makoto chased Leon back to his room and Leon manages to stop in his tracks and turn to Makoto and says to him that he only tried to find a way to talk to Toko and tell her that Byakuya was bad news, only for her to be Genocider Syo and Byakuya telling her what he did to him (saying that Leon attacked him) and Genocider Syo than  began running after him and chased him into the dining hall. Leon, who was still bleeding from the shoulder, closes his door without saying another word.

After everything calmed down and Genocider Syo left, everyone than went their seperate ways for the day. The next day the breakfast meeting was normal, except Byakuya, Toko, and Leon were not there. Freetime events than start up after that and the only people who are available were Sayaka, Junko(Mukuro), Sakura, and Hagakure.
