TO HIM, IT FELT LIKE A FAIRY TALE, A MEMORY FROM HIS FORTUNATE PAST LIFE.

Daniel was not much of a firm believer of reincarnation, but his interaction with the attractive female yesterday made the incident feel surreal, that it made Daniel doubt that his memory of yesterday was truly his.

A piece of his life that was made yesterday, but remade from his mind to fit the fantasy he wished to be real.

It brought him a small smile and heat that would warm his pale, chubby cheeks.

He still remembered her name and the way her (l/h) locks seemed to blow in the non-existing wind with several petals swirling around her glowing figure.

He was sure that he wasn't sick, but thinking about the (s/c) female made his chest clench and his stomach to churn in a weird yet a bit pleasant way.

He was in love– but the word love seemed too strong, as he only met her yesterday.

Daniel shook his head, biting his thumb, sniffling and continued to scroll through his f#cebook feed.

Maybe he did have constipation.

Pressing her face, she breathed deeply as the window fogged from her hot breaths.

She was staring longingly at the pastel highlighters that she had wished to buy for a long time, and it was finally being sold in the book-store nearby her apartment.

Granted, her low budget made it hard to purchase products of high quality, but she didn't mind it as long as it still works.

Usually, buying things that can be easily substituted with a cheaper, yet same product, but how can she resist? She lived for the aesthetic feel it would bring to her colorless, dull notebook.

She removed her face from the window and huffed heavily, placing her hand under her face in contemplation.

Thoughts streamed through her mind making her eyebrow twitch.

Turning around, she bit her thumb as she regretfully walked away from the store, the soft jazz music slowly fading in the chatter of the crowd.

'Ohoh, fuck it.'

_

After a quick trip to the store, she sulked silently as she peaked into her money purse, seeing the gaps were no longer filled to the brim with bills and coins.

She sniffed and shoved the purse back into her backpack, lightly scolding herself for having no self-control.

She quickly glanced at her watch while making a short turn.  Seven-thirty, it read, the hands on the clock ticking softly.

Thirty minutes left, she thought while arriving at the huge gates of the school.

She readjusted the straps of bag back to her shoulder, quietly slipping into the  classroom.

She dropped her bag on her chair, greeting her friend with a grin and a small wave.

"Waddup, homeslice." Her friend cringed softly at her greeting but smiled lazily while she waved her hand as her head sat upon her tan arms.

" 'Sup, homie!" She replied, nudging her friend with her elbow as she sat on her chair, her bag squished to the arm of her desk.

The female beside her blew the stray hair on her face as she propped her head on the palms of her hand, facing the (h/c)-haired girl.

"So," She said, crossing her legs and leaned closer to her dark-eyed friend, wiggling her eyebrows, "Any gossip lately?"

The female was named Danielle, Dani for short. She was a friend, more of a sister really, to her since the first year of middle school. Danielle had a knack for keeping with the latest news, true or not, she was bound to know.

The girl hummed, nodding her head and pursing her lips into an amused smirk.

"There's gossip floating in school right now— that a new student will transfer here, the fashion department." She chuckled, rolling her eyes "In the middle of the semester? I don't think so. That's why I thought that it was bullshit."

The girl paused momentarily, licking her lips and sniffing. "But apparently, some students saw this transfer earlier this morning. The student is a boy, and they say that he was quite a looker."

She shifted quietly in her seat, pulling down her blouse, "About six feet in height, of course not that accurate but from the estimation of the few female population, he really is tall. The description the females who were 'lucky' enough–"

The girl chuckled, her fingers curling into a mocking motion, "–to be graced by the arrival of this new, infamous heartthrob  were quite positive and naming a few of their summaries of the male, I've managed to gather that he had hair that shined brightly in the sun despite it being darkly-colored, glowing pale skin, and chocolate-y eyes."

"Talk about overly exaggerated." She snorted, along with Danielle who smacked her desk lightly in heavy amusement.

"Tell me about it." Danielle bit her lip, stifling her giggles.

A few minutes passed, the (e/c)-eyed female and Danielle kept chatting with each other, showing dead memes to each other and faintly discussing about their favorite korean pop band.

"The teacher is coming!" Someone shouted from outside, the students pausing their talk and immediately scramming to their assigned seats, a few scraping of metal heard inside the room.

"Oof," (Name) huffed, turning back to the front as she saw her teacher walk through the sliding doors of their classroom.

"Good morning, sir..!"
