Life has a funny way to show us what is bad for us,
And what is good for us,
Essentially.
Like how flowed attract bees,
Or how the moon pull the tide,
The universe knows what you need,
Want,
And have.
Sometimes we must flee,
Other times we must stay.
But when there are signs that say otherwise,
Listen,
Follow,
Be alert,
And trust your gut.

I don't think this is a poem but perhaps it is?
Depends on how you look at it. Anyways I just realized that life shows us signs and we should listen to those signs. When someone shows you who they really are, understand that it is exactly who they are. Sometimes it's good and other times it is bad. But it's up to you to decide to keep following the same path or take a new path.
