Life in the TARDIS

Nine woke up from a terrible dream the night before. He rubbed his head and sighed. He got up and picked up his leather jacket lying on the floor. He wasn't usually a messy person, but he was tired from working all day. He threw on a maroon shirt, black jeans, and put on his jacket over the shirt. He discarded his pjs into a laundry basket and headed out his bedroom door to fix up some breakfast.

When he got down to his kitchen, he found that somehow, Ten got in.

"What the, Ten, get out of my freaking house, or Tardis." He said.

"Dont you know I have a Tardis too. This one in fact?" Nine rolled his eyes.

"Have you seen Rose today?" Nine questioned.

Rose woke up and stumbled out of the bedroom she was staying in. She moved out of her house a few weeks after she met nine.

"Anything for breakfast boys?" She teased. She didn't bother to change. She was wearing a pink and white striped top and pants. Her hair was messy and tangled.

Nine stood there awkwardly and smiled.

"Ah....I don't think so. Not yet. Ten, come help me make something. Maybe I can teach you how to cook...you know how you blew up the oven last time? Yeah. We're gonna fix that." He pulled Ten into the kitchen by the arm.

"Hey!!!!! Nine stop it!!" Ten cried as he was sucked into the kitchen!

"All I want is coffee..." Ten said. Rose giggled in the background. Ten stared at the oven and then growled at it as if it was a dalek.

"It looks too much like a dalek to me." He whined.

Nine rolled his eyes.

"Well it's not. Make your coffee and I'll make something edible for once.." He growls and turns to the oven and starts mixing various ingredients. Suddenly there's a knock at the TARDIS door and then it is shoved open.

"NINE!!!" Mickey shouted. He was still angry about the whole bad wolf kissing deal. Nine had only kissed Rose to save her life. But did he really love her? Nine didn't know yet. All he knew is that he would save her life even if it cost him his own..

"Mickey, go home!! I need somebody to watch over my mum!!! You know how clumsy she is. Now go!" Rose shouted and pointed out the door.

"But-"

"Go!!"

Mickey sighed and shuffled out the door, and shut it.

"I'm sorry Doctor...he's a real jerk." She looked down, guilty of her ex-boyfriend.

Nine sighed.

"It's alright.. I understand. Now go run along and fix up your hair...startin' to look like a mutt." He teased as Rose smacked him on the shoulder smiling. She ran off into her room to fix her hair.

In Rose's room she noticed something new. On her bedside, someone placed a rose in a vase. It had to be one of the doctors, who else would know where to go?

"Oy now whos trying to win me." She said and brushed through her hair. Back in the kitchen, steaming coffee wafted into tens face. He sighed and looked up at the celing.

"What are you thinking about ten?" Nine question. "Oh just about how nice it would be to have someone to love." Ten said and looked down, upset.

"Don't you love someone though? What about Rose?" He asked, a little puzzled.

Rose finished her hair and walked out of her room. She stopped in the doorway and heard the doctors talking.

"I...I don't know.. I thought you loved her..."
