I woke up due to turbulence from the jet. I turned over in the bed and pulled the cover back over me. I heard the toilet flush and I saw Klay walk out the bathroom.
"Seems like my wife is up."
"I've been your wife. We just made it really official yesterday to the world."
"Best wedding ever." He fist pumped into the air.
"Yeah it's going to be your last."
"Don't worry, I won't leave you."
I pushed his forehead back.
"Correction : I won't leave you."
He rolled his eyes at me and laid back next to me. I laid my head on his chest as he scrolled through Instagram as people gave us so many congratulations.
"You looked fine in your wedding dress."
"Mhm, before or after you ripped it in half ?"
"Both."
"Mom was worried the whole day."
"You're telling me ?"
"Salice just take the damn pictures." Mom yelled at me. I turned to her and put my hands on my hips.
"NO."
I turned back around and looked up at the rainbow.
