Chapter 24- Okay Summer

>Harry's POV>

I went to the basement once this summer, and that was just a slash across the chest a few times and bruises but nothing too bad. Draco has been with me and helped me so much and he is just so adorable i love him so much. It was the last day of July, i was sat at my desk writing.. i checked my watch and sighed at the numbers, 4:58 am.. i yawned and i felt a head on my shoulder "Happy Birthday baby" Draco hummed sleepily and i smiled and turned my head, i kissed him slowly and passionately.. he put his hands down my chest and messed with my shirt "mmm, i love you" i say against his lips not opening my eyes "I love you too baby" he said sliding his hand back up to my face to cup it "i got you a present" he hummed and i stare up at him lightly "you didn't need to.." i say quietly and he smiled and went to grab his trunk and he slowly pulled out a box which was wrapped in red paper, he put it into my hands and i smiled at the small box. I slowly ripped it open and opened the box and my heart melted.. i slowly pulled out the black rimmed photo of us, Hermione said she wanted a photo of Draco putting the ring on my finger when he proposed so we went outside that day in the snow and we stood in front of the sunrise and she took the most beautiful photo ever, she was down on ground level and the snow was lightly covering everything.. we were mostly silhouetted from the light but you could tell who was who and he was sliding the ring onto my finger. I smiled and looked up at him, he was already smiling and i set it down and hug him tightly "I love you so fucking much baby, you don't understand how much you saved me and the fact that you want to marry me has made my life 1000% better" i said into his shoulder, he slid his hands into my back pockets and hugged me tightly "I love you baby, you don't know how much I've wanted to do this.. I've waited 4 years and it finally happened" he hummed and we stood there in each other's embrace for a few minutes in silence, we slowly swayed back and forth.

(this is the day before they leave to Hogwarts now btw)
I made sure i had everything in my chest and i shut it and grabbed my bag of moneys "want to do a joint bank?" he says from behind me and i turned around "if you want to?" i say and he smiled "we can go to Gringotts bank if you want to make a joint bank" i say once again and he nodded "sure thing" he said and he walked over to me and put his hands on the side of my head and kissed me slowly and dragged his hands down to my shoulders as he kissed me. We separate with a smile and he rubbed my neck where he marked me, making me laugh "want to go diagon alley now?" he said and i nodded, i grabbed my letter and he did too. he turned to a ferret and jumped onto my shoulder and i pocketed his letter that had his books and schedule on it and walked down the stairs, and out the door before Dudley could reach me. Draco jumped down and turned into himself again and smiled. We walked to the leaky cauldron and went to the back and made out way from the top to bottom "remember when you went into that one shop with your father and there was the tomb thing?" i say as we walk down the cobbled path and between talking people "Yeah, he doesn't like when i touch things" he laughed and i smiled "yeah i was in the tomb thing" i say and he laughed "I knew it smelt of you" he said and i blushed, we made our way to the book shop and got the books we needed "Hey Harry, Draco" Neville said jumping down from a stool, he had grown over the summer and had muscle and was slimmer then he was before, his teeth were straighter and you could see his jaw bone.. he didn't look like the loving, silly, dorky, little Neville he was before. He looked like a man. "damn Neville, Puberty hit hard" i say looking him up and down and back to his face, he smirked "yeah, gran says that i look just like my dad" he said and i smiled "i bet they're proud" i say and he smiled, he held a sorta thick book in his hands "Herbology?" i say and he nodded "see you later yeah?" he said and we nodded and he hopped out of the shop and we got our books and left. we walk around and find a small cafe and sit down "do you think your father knows where you are?" i say and he shrugged "it doesn't matter" he said sweetly and i smiled brightly "you're beautiful Harry" he said and i blushed brightly and he rubbed the back of my hand lightly "are you sure you want to make a conjoined bank? wont your parents see that their money is gone?" i say and he shrugged "they gave me the whole bank because they already had too much in the damn house, stupid place really" he said and i laughed quietly "alight.." i said looking down.. "what's wrong love?" he whispered and i looked up weakly "I'm scared.. i- i'm afraid your father will find me and hurt me..." i whispered and he shook his head "it's alright love, i wont let him near you if that is what you want baby" he whispered and i nodded and he kissed my hand lightly and i smiled. The cafe bell dinged as the door opened and a ginger walked in and smiled at me as i took a sip of my tea "Hiya Harry" she said sweetly and i took a long sip of my tea "hello" i say not looking at but down at my hands "So, mum said that she would like us to get back together. She said that there isn't a point to spend time at the burrow if your not going to date me" she said nonchalantly "fuck off Ginny, Ron is my best friend that's the only reason why i go there most of the time, to spend time with him" i spat at her taking another sip of my hot tea, she had a very short dress on and the top was cut low and she had heels on and her hair was in a high ponytail, her ears wore big hoops and she had makeup on "you look atrocious by the way" i say into my small white mug taking a sip and she bit her lip in anger "want to do the joined bank now love?" I say to Draco and he smiled "sure" he said and Ginny opened her big mouth "Joined bank? what is that supposed to mean?" she spat quickly and i rolled my eyes as i pulled out a galleon for our teas "er, well it's exactly what i said.. we're going to make a conjoined bank together" i say and she frowned in anger and i rolled my eyes, I walk past her and she turns around, i stick my hand out lightly and Draco walks over and laces his fingers with mine. I smile and lightly kiss his hand; lifting our hands up. We walk to Gringotts and step into the large white building, goblins were sat at high tables and writing vigorously as Draco and I walk under the large chandelier "we like to make a conjoined bank?" I say to the elder goblin who was here when Hagrid brought me "names?" he said and i look at Draco and back to him "Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy" i say and he nodded slowly as he wrote "do you wish to withdraw the money from your current bank to the new one?" he said very slowly and i nodded "er yes" i say and he continued to write "would you want to change the name to anything?" he said and i looked at Draco "The Black Family" he say and he nodded once again and wrote that down.. Family echoed in my ear as we got onto cart and went to the Malfoy's bank and mine to remove the money from there and mine to our new one, it was number 8234.. it took forever but we finally got to it and lots of goblins; no clue where they came from.. they put all the money into the safe and we looked into it.. there was a lot.. mostly from Draco's but there was still so much "damn" i whisper as we make our way back to the surface. I play with the key he handed to us, it was a small golden key with the word 'Black' on it and on the back was the number 8. I slid it into my pocket and we walked for a bit before we had to get our stuff to leave "are.. are we going to be a family?" i say as we make our way past people "only if you want to" he hummed lightly and i smiled and rested my head on his arm as we waited for people pass in the intersection "do.. do you.. like kids?" i hum and he chuckled softly "time to time, but yes i do like kids actually" he said and i smiled "do you want to er.. have kids with me?" i say quietly and he smiled "of course i do baby" he said kissing my head and i sighed in relief. We walked back to the Dursley's with our new things, and he quickly turned to a ferret after giving me his books and jumped to my shoulders and i walked in.. i walked up the stairs and Draco jumped down and turned to a human and panted lightly "this is hard work" he said and i laughed but then covered my mouth making him smile, he took his books back and finished packing his trunk and i did the same.

I woke up with light tickling at my nose and i open my eyes to see a small ferret's nose wiggling on mine, i smiled and kissed it's head making it squeak happily. "ready to go?" i say and Draco nodded and pulled his trunk out of the room, it was still pretty early so the rats aren't awake yet so we just left, we had about an hour until we really had to get on the train, we slowly made our way to the station and walked through the barrier and i smiled at the bright scarlet train, we sat on a bench and waited for them to actually allow us on, i rest my head on his arm and he put his head on mine after kissing it "i hope we have a quiet year this time" i say and he laughed "that's not going to happen, it's Hogwarts" he said and i laughed quietly, i sighed and looked up at the blonde "i love you" i say and he smiled "I love you too baby" he said placing a small kiss onto my lips making me smile "we can go now" i hummed as a man jumped down from the train and conducted the few kids. I sat up and grabbed my trunk, he did the same and we walked onto the train and sat on the few benches in the main area and not in the compartments, there was booths that we sat at. I jump onto the bench and pull the trunks up onto the racks and i sit by the window, Draco sat next to me and i rested my head back onto his arm making him hum lightly "want to talk about the wedding some more?" he hummed and i nodded lightly "who do you want to be the priest?" he said and i hummed "hmm.. Hagrid? he has been there for me since first year and i think i would like to repay him" i say and he smiled "alright, are we going to have a flower girl?" he said and i shrugged "maybe, not sure yet.. it can maybe be Hermione and then Ron can be the rings person" i say and he nodded in agreement "what about best men? you want Blaise to be yours?" i say and he shrugged "i really don't have any other guy friends so might as well" he says and i laughed quietly, it was too early in the morning for laughing and i was exhausted from the lack of sleep i had last night.. full of nightmares "you should sleep baby, you look exhausted" he hummed and i yawned and smiled "cause i am" i said snuggling close to him and holding his arm tightly as my eyes began to droop "don't worry baby, i'm not leaving" he cooed and i smiled and fell asleep.
