Ashton -

The guys were out at soundcheck ready for their show later. You were on the tour bus waiting for them to return. As you waited for your boyfriend Ash to return you found yourself listening to the bands music. Without realising you were beginning to sing along. Ash had returned earlier than you expected and you hadn't noticed. When you finally noticed he had returned you were slightly embarrassed by him catching you. You'd never been confident about singing but it's one of your passions music always had. "Oh, hey Ashton." You become really shy. "Don't worry about it at least the others didn't catch you," he laughs "but I'm just glad my girlfriend has good music taste."

Calum -

You are hanging out at band practise with Cal. Helping him tune his guitar and set up his new amp, while you wait for Luke and Ash to turn up. Michael had gone to get food and drink from the kitchen.

Luke and Ash were apparently running late as you over heard Michael and Cal talking and they both went outside to phone them. Leaving you to finish setting up the amp. You figured Cal and Mikey wouldn't be able to hear and start singing What I like about you to yourself as you sit up on the sofa. "Y/N why didn't you tell me you could sing?" Cal asks when he walks back in to the garage. "Umm because I can't Cal." You start being really closed. "Well Luke and Ash aren't going to be here for a while. They're in traffic so Y/N you can sing while me and Michael practise." He looks at you really sweetly and you give in.

15 minutes later Luke and Ash finally turn up. "We got caught in traffic sorry." Luke apologises and then realises. "Oh yeah we've replaced your vocals with Y/N" Cal jokes. At this point Ash jumps into the conversation "Wait Y/N can sing?" He looks confused. "Yeah she's incredible." Michael defends you. Ash and Luke virtually beg to hear the 3 of you sing and so you give in and sing What I like about You again. "Y/N that's it we're taking you to the studio with us and you are doing demo vocals for the ep." The guys all agree.

Luke -

You'd always been happy with your singing voice and fairly confident with it. To the point you'd started to do covers on a YouTube account that your boyfriend Luke didn't know about. You send out a tweet from the your YouTube twitter account. '@*inserttwitteruser*: I want to do another cover and I want it to be a 5sos one so give me suggestions and I'll do it acoustically 🎶✌️🎸' Within a couple of minutes there were floods of responses the majority of which said things like "please cover amnesia omg it would be incredible."

"@Luke5SOS: Umm @Y/T/N Why are people spamming a link to a YouTube cover of amnesia you've done. #Y/Namnesiacover it's amazing you never told me you could sing."

Michael -

Michael knew that even when you were younger you'd been passionate about music even in Year 5-6 ( for you non British peeps that's from 10-11 years old) you'd been on top of music and dance routines. So when his band finally started to write music he felt that allowing you to duet with him at band practise had to happen every time. Be it a couple of lines whole verses or even whole songs. He like to share his microphone with you. Even just out of boredom he'd start to sing knowing you'd join in.
