"give me some time while i work on it"

One day til my best friend arrived and I was not prepared at all, currently I was sat down painting on my bedroom floor. Jay was chilling on my bed playing on my xbox as I finished up painting my hand, he was playing fortnite and I didn't expect any less.
"Jay?" I question as he keeps his eyes fixated on the television.
"Hmm?" He hums im repsonse as I turn to face him.
"Can I paint you?" I ask as he snaps out of his trance and looks at me.
"Paint me? What?" He asks in confusion as I laugh at his facial expression.
"Can I paint on your back?" I question again as he shurgs. "Obviously after you win this game"
"I mean I guess" He says as I stand up from where I was sat and layed out the rag a bit longer. I placed down my painting pillow before gathering up my supplies, I had no idea what I was going to paint. "Why do you wanna paint on my back?"
"It's a distraction to stop me thinking about to tomorrow" I say as I stand up and walk over to my bathroom. I quickly washed off the acrylic I had painted previously on my head before entering back into my room.
"I forgot about that, I'm ready for the never ending sleep over" He says as I smile at him.
"I think Cameron is going to fucking hate us after it, we are both so loud when we are around each other" I say as we both laugh, Jay had just won his fortnite game.
"Fuck yeah cunt" He says as he does a quick celebration.
"Congratulations ya dork" I say as he takes off his shirt and lies down on the floor, I placed a towel over his ass before taking a seat on top of it. "Squishy"
Jay laughed at my comment before grabbing his phone from his side pocket. He started to record me and I started to paint on his back, I put my hand up to my face as I laughed at him being an idiot.
"Jay, no" I whine as I pick up some different colour paint, I was trying to paint a galaxy because I loved stars.
"That's a bright ass colour" Jay says as I laugh.
"It's my favourite colour" I say as I concentrate on the painting making sure not to mess up, I blended all the base colours before letting them dry so I could paint the stars on top. "Right stay there"
A fact about me, I loved galaxies and stars. I loved the whole solar system, it just made me feel happy and feel like I know something.
I got up from where I was sat and went into the office room befote grabbing my camers and exiting before Cameron would say anything, I was covered in paint. I walked back in to see Jay still lead down on the floor, I took a seat om his ass again before taking some photos of my painting.
"You want to shower?" I question as he nods. I got off him and let him stand up and walk into the bathroom to shower, I looked at the time to see we had been sat there all day painting. As I went through my camera roll, looking at the pictures of the painting I had just done I realised I was so not ready for tomorrow.
