Stacy's P.O.V
"Babe Im hungry." Niall whined as we sat on the couch, watching Spongebob. "Where's all our food?" I asked. "I uh..may have eaten it all." he mumbled. I laughed. "WHAT?! I just went grocery shopping yesterday." I said.
"You obviously didnt buy enough." he huffed. "Niall. I spent like three hundred pounds on food. Where did it all go?" I asked, still very amused by the situation. He pointed to his stomach, poutingbefore rubbing it. I shook my head in disbelief. I mean, I love eating, but no human being is capable of consuming that much food.
"Then lets just go to Nandos." I shrugged. Niall's whines immediately stopped and he picked me up, carrying me out the door of our flat bridal style. He walked through the streets, with me in his arms, ignoring the weird stares from people in buisness suits, ignoring the gasps of recognition from little fan girls, ignoring the occasional grandma that 'Was too slow and deserved to have their canes kicked from underneath them' His words, not mine.
We sat in Nandos, ordering pretty much everything on the menu. Niall snuggled up closer to me, resting my head on his shoulder, and his head on top of mine. "Are you okay with us?" he asked. I sat up, looking at him confused. "What do you mean?" I asked.
"I mean, do you feel like we're moving too fast?" he asked. I felt my heart stop momentarily. I dont why, but every single thing that comes out of his mouth that could possibly have a sad ending, scares the living hell out of me. It's like Im just waiting for the words to come out his mouth. The words that would end everything.
"Well, it depends...do you?" I asked. Niall sighed, avoiding my eye contact. "I think it's a little weird for us because we just moved in together, but after time it will get better." I said. Niall turned to look at me,a small smile playing on his face. "You do?" he asked. I nodded.
"Yeah. Plus, think how amazing it's going to be when you have a long stressful day of work, to know that you're going to be coming home to your sexy girlfriend that will want to do nothing, but..." I pressed my lips to his ear. "Satisfy your needs." I smirked, watching as Niall gulped.
I ran my hand down his leg, resting it very high up his thigh, squeezing it a little as our food was sat infront of us. I watched as the waitress pushed her boobs out a little further than neccessary, but Niall was under my spell.
A spell that suprisingly, not even food could break.
"Is there anything else I could get you?" she asked Niall. Niall, not making eye contact with anyone, shook his head before turning to me and pressing a small kiss to my lips. Then another one, but more passionate. Then another one, that last longer and was much more stronger than the others. He cupped my face in his hand as he practically climbed on top of me.
I giggled, pushing him away a bit. "Niall we're gonna be kicked out." I laughed. Huffing, Niall sat up right, looking sad and incrediably frustrated. But his sad expression faded and turned into a happy one as he realized that there was a bunch of food sat infront of him. Nandos, to be exact.
After inhaling everything, Niall and I walked hand and hand towards Tesco, figring since we're out, we might as well get food. I got the cart out, looking around for Niall and seeing he was gone.
I turned back towards the cart, feeling myself being lifted up and placed inside. I pouted, folding my arms across my chest. "No fair. This is for a child Niall." I whined. Niall chuckled. "You are a child." he said. I scoffed. "Please, calling me a child is like calling Louis straight. It's complete bullshit." I replied.
Niall shook his head. "Calling you a child, is like calling me Irish. It's obvious and there's no denying it." he pinched my cheeks. I swatted his hands away. "You treat me like a baby." I cried. "That's because you are my baby." he replied, kissing my lips tenderly.
"I resent that, Im not a baby. All babies do is sleep, eat, and shit themselves." I said. Niall threw some things into the back of the cart, before continuing to roam through the aisles. "So are you saying you dont want kids?" he asked.
I paused, not really knowing what to say. "Yeah, I want kids. I just dont want babies." I said. "They're demons! They destroy your body, cause lack of sleep, and cockblocks you everytime you try to...you know." I ranted. "Kids on the other hand are way better." I stated, reaching over and picking up a box of cheezits and tossing them behind my shoulder, into the cart.
"Hate to break it to you Stace, but all kids sart out as babies." Niall laughed. "Why are we even talking about this. Im years away from starting a family anyway." I said, hoping he'd just drop it. I could feel an arguement coming, and that's why people break up sometimes. Over the whole kid issue. I mean, Im only nineteen, he's twenty, we shouldnt be thinking about babies right now.
Niall nodded in agreement, racing throughout the supermarket, throwing random shit into the cart. I watched as he went to the cashier, paying for all the food. I watched as he helped me out of the cart. I watched as we walked home with our bags of groceries. I watched as he put them all away without trying to eat something. I watched as he went straight to bed without giving me the usual kiss goodnight.
I felt it built up in my stomach as my worst nightmare popped into my brain. We've become distant. Distant all because of my rant on babies. Well God really fucked me, didnt he?
