I open my eyes and look over at my mother. "Morning mom." I say, startling her, causing her to drop the water bottles. "Oh, honey. You gave me a fright." I stretch and reach over for one of the cold water bottles she just put on my bedside table. "Sorry." I say. "It's fine dear. I was just replacing your water bottles. I didn't mean to wake you."

I get up and walk to my bathroom. I love having my own bathroom now. When my parents and I moved into this house, it was my dad's idea to give me the master bedroom. Meaning, I get my own bathroom and walk in closet. It's great! I close the door, and do my business. When I'm done, I wash my hands and then my face. Today is going to be so boring. Everybody is in school, so I have nobody to talk to. Whatever. Dakota will be over after school, anyway. I walk out into the kitchen, to take my pills and get an apple, and my mother is sitting on the couch, sewing a new blanket.

My mother is a whiz when it comes to being creative. She can make almost anything. She makes baby clothes, regular clothes, cute little kid toys, and house decorations, but she's known most for her baby blankets. Whenever a family member or friend is expecting a baby, she asks what the theme is and she makes a quilt for them. They always turn out really good, and word gets around fast, so random people are always asking if she can make a blanket for their kids. It's an easy way to make money also. She has her own website, in which she sells all the items she makes, and that's how we make income.

I take my pill, walk over to her, with apple in hand, and sit down on the couch. I take a bite of my apple and look at the blanket she's making. The part she's working on now reads 'Cadence Marena'. That's a pretty name.

"Want to watch a movie? I'll watch Twilight." I ask my mother. Twilight is her favorite movie, but she watches it too much, so I always feel like I just watched it, but I'm bored so I'll watch anything. She nods in agreement and I get up to put the disk in.

We get about half way into Eclipse, when I get a text from Dakota.

"Ugh! School is so boring without you. I'll be over in about an hour." It reads.

"Sorry, hun. I'll see you then. :)" Sent.

"You won't get another chance like this again! You want her! You want me to feel the pain you felt when I killed James! When I tore him to pieces..." Edward said to Victoria.

Just then, the doorbell rang and I hit pause. "That's probably Dakota. He said he was coming over after school." I say while getting up off the couch, and walking to the door. I open the door, and Dakota instantly kisses me on the lips. "Parent in the room here!" My mom yells and we all start laughing. He pulls away and we step inside. "Sorry Alison." He scoffs. "What are you guys watching?" He asks no one in particular. "Eclipse." I answer. "Oh, my mom watches that all the time. It's good."

"You like Twilight?" My mom asks, shockingly. "Yeah. I've never actually watched all of them, only up to this one. But I like the three I've seen." Oh my gosh. "Boy, you just earned a permanent spot in my heart. Sit down, you two. We're going to finish this marathon." I laugh and we sit down. Once I get all snuggled up to Dakota, I press play. "...When I turned him into ash. When I turned him into nothing." Edward continues saying to Victoria.
