The Only One Left

~Chapter 8~

Margos P.O.V
I was just sitting there thinking to myself the quiet was some what Soothing but I hate quiet, that might be why josh knows what I'm thinking I might be thinking out loud, wow I'm definitely not a quiet person.
I herd a little snigger comeing from josh, oh god i did it again didn't I, I asked
"Did what?" He said
Thought out loud I replied
"Nope"
Well y u sniggering then huh?
He didn't say anything
Wow ur making me go crazy aren't u  hahaha so funny I said
"Nope" he repeated. His back was turned at me as it always is I'm guessing josh is one who keeps himself to himself. Well other than me and daisy who else is he gonna show his true Colours to?
But what if there are more people I though I was the only one but then I found josh (well he found me and saved me but same thing)
There might be more I hope there is more, I'm sick of putting up with a stropy, ignorant, moody, really good looking, devilishly handsome, cute, amaz.... I'm getting off track - stropy ignorant moody pain in the ass :)

Josh's P.O.V
"Oh I'm stropy ignorant and moody am I?" I said
"Wait what h-how w-what huuu??" She said
Obviously she doesn't know what I am but I'd like to keep it that way to be fair. But I love useing it to confuse her it's funny, the look on her face -my back can be turned but the mirror helps me see her face she hasn't realised that yet 😂-  is just amazing 😂😂
Humm but there's just that's one part of her I still can't grasp, I have unlocked half  of her brain it's just the rest, it makes me more curious by the minute.

A large thud came from outside, josh rushes out to see what is happening, In panic I got up grabbed my stuff and got ready in case we had to go.
A few minutes went by and josh was still out there what on earth was he doing, I carefully got up and hobbled to the cave front to try and see him, I noticed him rolling a giant stone in front of the cave to protect us
"GO SIT DOWN!" He shouted
What's going on?  Are u ok? Why are u doing that? There were many more questions flowing through my head the biggest one
Will we live?
"GO SOT DOWN I SAID JUST GO!" He shouted agin
"Ok ok I'm going I said" when I went back into the Deep cave I herd the echo of him struggling I'm actually worrying about him.
I wanted to go back an see what's going on again.
Suddenly all went silence until I herd him huffing a puffing while walking back
"U ok? What happened?" I ask
"A twister we are lucky to be in hear it made light work from the city and just picked the buildings up like they were nothing" he said
"Are u ok? U didn't get hurt did u"
"Nah I'm fine u alright?" He said
"Little shook up but other than that I'm good"
"That's good" he said with a smile
I noticed the giant cut on his hand
" I thought u said u were ok" I said
"I am I'm fine"
"No ur not that cut on ur hand will get infected if u don't sort it" I said
"What cut" he said hiding his hand
"Don't play dumb josh, come hear let me clean it and sort it for u"
Rolling his eyes he walked over and sat next to me, I cleaned his wound with warm water that was boiled this morning and raped it tight to stop any bleeding he continued watching me as I did it
"How do U know this stuff?" He asked
" my mum was a nurse and dad a surgeon they thought me well"
"Yep at least u know ur stuff" he said smiling
"Yeh I guess"  normally he would go sit back were he was but he didn't, this time he stayed next to me, we stayed there all day when night came I became sleepy but more than usual the nigh brought the cold and the cold brought my shivers josh noticed I was folded and grabbed the blanket and covered Me, I ended up falling asleep on his shoulder but he didn't seem bothered he just held me as if he was keeping he safe, I felt safe in his arms so I was happy.
Josh's P.O.V
After all that commotion we ended up sitting together talking getting to know each other he seemed cold when the night fell so I covered her with the blanket and she snuggled up to me, that was the first time in a long time a girl did that to me, I smile came across my face, it didn't take long for her to fall asleep on me, i didn't  mind it I just stayed there holding her keeping her safe.
It wasn't long after when I passed out with a sleepy Margo and a daisy lying on me i was kinda happy :)
