Hana has always been private about his family life. Her fans, GEMs only knew about her younger brother Dylan who was a model, and singer who was also an idol under JYP and her mother, Kim Jisoo who owned one of the most popular restaurants in Seoul. No one in JYP Entertainment knew about Hana's family. Not even, her best friends GOT7.

Truthfully, Hana had four siblings in total and was the only girl. Her father is a chaebol. Hana was born with what people perceive as a golden or silver spoon. Her oldest brother Kim Jaehyun being CEO of JND Industries. Her second oldest brother being well known Michelin star chef, Kim Hyungseok. Her younger brother being actor,model,dancer, and singer Dylan from Stray Kids. Dylan isn't the Maknae of their family since their parents welcomed their youngest brother, Kim Mingyu, in 2002.

Dylan and Hana both still are active within the company, however they choose to pursue music.
