This will be only the important dates of the Hayeol timeline.

January 2013

Hana had come to S.M during one of EXO's practices. Sehun has invited her since she told him that she really admired their dance line. Of course, some of the members were shocked that their maknae had invited some outside of the company and who also happened to be a girl to one of their dance practices. Their dance instructor wasn't there so Hana spent some time with Sehun. When Sehun introduced Hana to all of the EXO members, Chanyeol caught her eye. They began talking without Sehun trying to force them to talk. They hit it off nicely.

August 2013

It had been a couple of months since Hana and Sehun started dating when Chanyeol realized his feelings for Hana. Of course, Chanyeol didn't act beside on his feelings. He didn't want to ruin his friendship with Hana and Sehun.

December 2013

Hana was buying Christmas gifts for all of her friends. The only one whom she didn't know what to buy was Chanyeol. Everyone else even Sehun was easy to buy them gifts. However, Chanyeol seemed like a challenge. She had no idea why. In the end, she got him a custom made guitar which had a message engraved into it.

November 2014

This was the month where they shared their first kiss together at Chanyeol's birthday party. Of course, Chanyeol had come to terms with his feelings about Hana while Hana was dense and in denial about her feelings.

April 2017

Hana haven't broken up with Minho two months before. Chanyeol was trying to make Hana forget him and not think about the breakup. Hana started realizing her feelings for Chanyeol.

October 2017

Hana confesses to Chanyeol that she sees him in a romantic way. Chanyeol at first doesn't want to date her just yet due to her breakup earlier the year. Sehun talks to Chanyeol and tells him that he has known about Chanyeol's feelings for Hana since 2014. After Sehun pushes them, they start dating.

June 2018

Chanyeol had been in love with Hana for 4/5 years. Hana unknowingly had been in love with Chanyeol for 2/3 years. Chanyeol couldn't wait anymore to propose and actually called a meeting between him and her family without Hana knowing. He proposed to her the same day that Hana got a new apartment, "their" apartment. He shocked Hana by doing an impromptu proposal. She obviously said yes.
