Right from the day she was aware of the world around her, it wasn’t hard to realize that she was different from other kids her age, or basically any other person she met.
They can’t see the things she sees, they can’t do the things she can do. It was weird at first, but she managed to get used to it when she realized that it doesn’t really interfere with how she communicates with people.
If she would compare her life to something, it would be a game, and RPG game to be specific.
She can see the names and levels of a person on top of someone’s head, and if she uses SCAN she would know more about the person she used it on.
But for some reason, no matter what she does she can never gain a level nor gain abilities no matter what she does

That’s what her status looks like, just a bunch of question marks.
But even without seeing the numbers in her status, she knew that she has pretty high stats if she can do basically anything that people throws at her.
Although she’s much more interested in her magical abilities right now, she’s not complaining since she managed to get good relationships with her teachers.
Oh right, the CHEAT menu. At first, she only thought of it as a log where she can see everything that she has done. Until, she found out that she can edit all those stuff and change what happened in the past, and possibly the future.
At the age of five, she was kidnapped by a man who she presumed to be someone she knows from a past life judging by the way the man acted, and somewhere along the time they spent together, she woke up and found out that she had regained all her memories from her past lives.

Bizarrely (or luckily) enough, all her stuff back then are now in her inventory. From garments and potions to more fascinating devices like magical items and weaponries.
The only difference relating this and an actual game is that you aren’t part of a certain category.
She can be a mage or an assassin or maybe even a hunter and all her weapons are still compatible.
Not only her stuff, even some her past companions are coming back to the present-day.
Sebastian for example, apparently this wasn’t the first time he found the existing Shirley again.
He first appeared when she was Michelle Phantomhive as a demon butler, but once she died then reborn, they encountered each other yet again in a game called Yggdrasil, she as a player and him as an NPC. Now they met again under unpleasant circumstances (in Shirley’s part, it was disagreeable that is).
Sure, she only reprogrammed the others from Yggdrasil, but there are other people from different lives.
