I don’t look back as I feel Jacks soundless footsteps coming from behind me. A cold hand lands on my shoulder pulling me back and turning me around.

“Elsa, you can’t run away from this.” Jack says looking into my eyes. I go to reply but hear the Duke of Weasletown throwing a fit about sorcery.

“Listen this is not your choice. I have ruined everything my parents tried to keep a secret. This may hurt everybody. I have to-- No. I NEED to leave. You don’t understand.” I pull my shoulder from his grasp and continue to run down the long corridor hoping to get out of here before anyone can reach me.

I slam the doors open, out of breath and look around.

“There she is. Your Majesty! Long live the Queen! Queen Elsa.... Come drink with us.” The crowd cheered as I ran through.

I look around frantically, trying to find a way through, but all the commoners start closing in on me. I feel the tears threatening to spill from my eyes and try my best to get away from them but they wouldn’t stop. I trip on my cloak and feel myself losing balance but quickly regain myself and lean back on the fountain in the middle of the outing.

Hundreds of gasps are heard from the crowd and a woman a few feet away from me looks at me and holds her baby closer to her chest. Why are they so afraid? “Look behind you.” A cold soft voice whispers in my ear. I do as told and turn my head but quickly back away. The have frozen the water that supplies our kingdom. (A/N Just go with it) I stare in horror at what I’ve done and look at the crowd. They all have the same expression as me.

“You’re a monster!” Someone yells from the crowd followed by many agreeing chants.

“Get her!” This causes me to turn around and look at the open doors of the castle. The Duke is standing there with a menacing scowl.

I turn back around and run through the angry crowd, some of the commoners shoving their shoulders against mine. I run around to the docks and look for anything to help me get through the large mass of water separating the kingdom from everyone else.

My eyes traveling across the large lake, observing the boats from afar and back down to the water. Wait…. Jack taught me this. I look down at the water and take a fragile step forward. The water quickly becomes ice beneath my feet and I firmly stand on it.

“ELSA!” Anna yells from behind me, only a few feet away. I look back and then back forward. “I’m not going to try and convince you to stay but at least let me help you.” Jack whispers softly and takes a hold of my hand. I nod my head at him and he pulls me running across the water.

“ELSA! ELSA PLEASE!”Anna continues to shout after me. I keep my head held high and follow Jack (HAHE ON TUMBLR) through the woods.

“Jack….Jack please wait.” I say trying to catch my breath.

“Here c’mon.” He walks over to me and wraps his arm around my waist latching on tightly.

“What are yo--” He waves marshmallow around and a burst of ice appears under our feet.

“Don’t question it.” Is the last thing he says before we are 100 feet off the ground and heading towards a giant mountain.

“Wow this is beautiful.” I say awestruck by the beautiful sight before me.

“Yea I found it a few days after meeting you.” He replies not looking at me.

“Really? Why didn’t you ever tell me about this place?” I ask gazing over at him for a second.

“I guess I wanted to keep it a secret for something special.” He looks down and starts drawing little patterns in the snow with his staff. I don’t answer. If he wanted to tell me he would have. I start walking towards the cliff and take off my cloak.

“What are you doing?” He asks. I can practically hear the smirk in his voice.

“Oh you know just having a little fun.” I tilt my head to the side to get a side view of him and smile slightly

“I’m going to show you what I can really do.” I turn around and position my arms outwards.

“Say the words on three.” I say not looking away.

“Okay.” He looks at me and starts counting down.

“1.” I start thinking of what I’m going to do.

“2.” I feel the power surging through my veins, getting colder and colder as they reach my hands.

“3.” Pulling my arms back, I start to release the ice.

“LET IT GO!” Jack shouts looking at me as I see a staircase forming across the cliff. I feel all my worries slowly start releasing itself from my body. All my stress is turned into relief and my body feels numb.

“You did it!” Jack yells from behind me, running over to me.

“I did,” I say looking at my hands. I look back up and run towards the staircase.

“Well don’t just stand there, there’s more to see!” I exclaim feeling all giddy from what I could create.

“Well lets go then.” He runs past me and jumps on marshmallow. Shaking my head, I run up the stairs making them clear as ice….. Wait it is ice… Nevermind. When I get to the top I position myself like I did a few moments ago and yell out,

“I’M FREE!” The ice blasts out around me and Jack and start making walls with beautiful ice patterns engraved on them. The ground starts shaking and starts raising off the snow covered floor.

For the first time in my life I don’t have to worry about what could happen or what to do or not. I can finally live my life as I want. No one else making my decisions because for the first time in forever (See what I did there ;) ) I am who I am.

“So this place is actually ours.” I say, unpinning my hair and waving my hands around my body.

“You can say it’s our little wonderland.” Jack says pulling my chin up and staring into my eyes.

Maybe I can actually be happy.
