04 - Sungjin

I'm back again ehhh~

Sungjin doesn't remember much of his childhood. The only thing he knows is that he wasn't raised like normal children. He didn't have parents, neither friends. As he was growing up he was always kept inside, isolated from other people. Sometimes people came in to do some tests on him or make him use his ability, which he knew about. They even took blood from him and used it on other humans to see if they can do the same. But nothing ever happened. One day Sungjin was lead past the exit. The door was open so he could look outside for the first time after years. His eyes were glittering. Suddenly two men went through that door, inside the building. They lead another boy inside, forcefully. He was shouting something in a language he couldn't understand but he seemed scared. Sungjin knew he was different from the people who raised him and something about that boy made him feel like his environment wasn't that healthy. In the evening, after he was locked inside his room again, he took out a key he managed to steal earlier. He cloned himself and acted as if he was sleeping. This way no one saw the "02" instead of a "01" on the clone's neck and the red, glowing eyes he had. He decided to search for the boy from before. After a few minutes of searching he heard someone sobbing from afar and unlocked the door of the room he supposed the boy was inside. Three days passed. The boy told Sungjin about the outside world in very broken Korean and they decided to escape with the help of both their abilities. It would take a while until Sungjin would adjust to normal humans' behavior but he didn't care. Now that he knew how bad these people, he was raised by, were he just wanted to break free. Sungjin and the boy travelled around, searching for a place to stay. They started teaching each other their languages. The boy said the language was called "English". They didn't have a home but they were happy anyway. Sungjin finally knew how the actual world looked and found a friend to support and get support from.
