I raced home to get ready. When I got to her house I rang the doorbell and them fixed my hair. She welcomed me in and told me to follow her to her room. She opened the door and there was some boy sitting on her bed smiling.
"This is my boyfriend," she told me
He stuck his hand out to me while saying "Nice to meet you."
I shook his hand and nodded. A boyfriend, she has a boyfriend I thought to myself. I was screaming on the inside. But a smile was on the outside. He was talking to me but I wasn't listening. I got a text on my phone. It read
"Leave that house now or I blow you bitches to chunks!"
I interrupted him and said I have to go. I ran down the stairs and out of the house as quickly as possible. I ran into an ally and stopped to see if they followed me. I wonder who that text was from. I went home and just flopped on my bed.
I didn't know what I was gonna tell them tomorrow. There was a knock at my door. I opened it and no one was there so I closed and locked it. I turned around to a man in a black hoodie yelling demon! demon!
"Who the hell are you!"
He didn't answer he just kept on screaming. I ran in to the kitchen to grab a knife but when I came back he was gone. I thought I was going crazy. Moments later he popped out of nowhere and punched me across the room. I got up ran over and punched him. He didn't move so I picked up the knife and shoved it into his stomach but it just bent against his skin.
He whispered in my ear "guess who," then snapped my neck.
I woke up in the middle of the floor and realized I've heard that voice before. I just didn't know from where or who's it was.
I stayed up all night trying to figure out who it was. When I got to school the next morning I found that weird kid and demanded she tell me who it was. She told me she didn't know what I was talking about and walked away. Moments later Jennifer walked up to me
"Hey, what happened yesterday you left so quickly?"
"Sorry, it was a family emergency."
"Okay. Are you okay cause you seemed kind of scared?"
"I'm fine."
I decided school wasn't the best place for me right now so I went to a nearby pizza place and sat outside. The weird girl that told me about all the bad stuff sat down next to me.
"What are you doing," I questioned
"I came to talk even though you obviously don't listen to me."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"I told you to stay away from her and you didn't. That man that came to the school and the people that attacked you were just the beginning. It gets worse."
"I can't stay away from her! I'm in love."
"You can't be in love with someone you haven't seen in thousands of years."
"I can and I will. Also I keep forgetting to ask, what's your name?"
"Glinda," she replied and walked away.
