Whizzer gripped the collar of his lover's beige dress shirt, a sound of minor disgust escaping his lips. Was he actually wearing wash-and-wear to work? Made sense why he was a businessman. No one else would hire him with an appearance like that. Thank God he stumbled into the young man's life. This poor sucker wouldn't stand a chance in the LGBT community without him.

"I can't believe you fell asleep in your damn work clothes." He scoffed. His voice was quieter than usual, since everyone else was asleep, even the person he was speaking with.

As soon as he had finished talking, he gently shook the shorter male's shoulders, trying to wake him up. There wasn't any response. This almost always happened the day after a meeting at work. The male would be incredibly tired until he was able to sleep again. Even with his new responsibilities, like caring for his son and recently-adopted daughter, he still had a hard time finding a reason to get up at all. His sleepiness was getting worse by the day. But it was nothing to worry about, right?

Only a slight stir came from him the second time he shook his shoulders. It was already getting rather annoying, but he couldn't just leave him there. The kids needed them both.

He soon got an idea, and carefully crawled off of the arm-chair his boyfriend had fallen asleep on, stretching his arms. "C'mon, Marvie, I'm gonna have to pull out the trick again, and you know what happened the last time we did that."

"It wasn't that bad.." Marvin groaned, finally starting to wake up, "just let me sleep.."

"You broke your arm!"

"Made it so that I didn't have to feed the chickens. Fourth best decision of my life."

"And the first three?"

"Having Jason, adopting Whitney, and meeting you. In that order. They're all pretty much equal, though."

His face lit up as he swiftly wrapped his arms around Marvin and lifted him up in the air. They both smiled, one not having done so in quite a while, like crazy. "Babe! I love you too! Now you definitely aren't getting the trick!"

"Never said I loved you." He ruffled Whizzer's hair, chuckling. "But I sure as hell meant it."

"Watch your language!" Whizzer motioned to the dog, supporting his boyfriend with his free arm. "Whizzer Junior is right there!"

"Marvin Junior."

"Whizzer Junior!"

"Whizzvin Junior?"

He smirked. "Superb, you funky little gay man."

Marvin covered his now-red face with his hands. There was a small grin creeping up on his lips, but he tried to force it into a serious frown. God, he was so fucking cute. Everything about him just made Whizzer burst with joy. Sure, their relationship was a bit bumpy at first, but look at them now! They had their own house and full custody of Jason! All of their dreams had come true. Nothing could stop them as long as they had each other.

Wait, speaking of Jason..

"Oh my God, honey, I forgot! Jason's baseball game is today!" Marvin started fidgeting with his tie nervously. "Do I look okay? I look really stupid, I know, but do I look prese-"

"You look amazing, sweetheart. But you'll look even better when getting our daughter in the car." The tall man told him, gently setting him down so that he could go get their youngest child.

There was an annoyed, yet playful, expression on his face. "I guess I will. Although, next time, I think you'll look much better putting her in." He got on his tippy-toes and booped him on the nose. "See you in there." And with that, he was starting to walk off, but said one last thing before going through the doorway, "By the way, I have the aux cord!"

"Oh, screw you!"

The dog, Whizzvin Junior, gave him a menacing look. Whizzer muttered a small "sorry" before starting to head out to the vehicle.

"I wan' 'creamies!" Whitney shouted, making grabbing motions towards the icecream stand.

They didn't exactly expect food when pulling into the parking lot of the baseball field. It was probably just gonna be like their average games: small, dirty, and aggravating. But their setup was like a fair of sorts. If they didn't have a constantly ravenous toddler with an obsession towards unhealthy and/or expensive foods, the couple would be having much more fun. Not like she was dragging them down by being incredibly wild. They really did love her. Her constant energy just got a bit tiring, is all.

Whizzer glanced in Marvin's direction. A childlike grin appeared on his face. "Ooo, yeah, I could really go for some 'creamies right now. How about you, Marvie-Bear?"

"Me? Nah, I'm on a no-'creamies diet. Trying to lose a few pounds." He pat his stomach. "Your old man is really gettin' up there."

"In age? Definitely. Not so much in weight. You're a twink."

The elder of the two covered his hands with his mouth, which was soon followed by a dramatic gasp. "Me? A twink? No! Of course not! That's impossible. Right, Whit?"

Whitney giggled. Her parents acting was the funniest thing she had ever seen in her whole three years of life. Nothing could top twink comedy. It was absolute gold.

"Daddy's a twink!" She suddenly exclaimed, waving her arms around with extreme enthusiasm.

Marvin tried to hold in his snickers, but Whizzer was already laughing his ass off. The chanting of "daddy's a twink" continued until they arrived at the bleachers. At first, it was funny, although it did get embarrassing rather quickly. In order to stop her, Marvin bought her some icecream. It was the one thing that always prevented her from speaking.

Scoping out a good seat was pretty easy, since they were about an hour early. Half of the players weren't even there. As they waited for the others to arrive, a familiar boy popped out of the crowd, and hurried over to his parents. It was none other than Jason. Ever since he moved in with his dads, things really started looking up for him. Even his team seemed to be getting better!

"Hey guys!" He shouted, taking a seat in between Marvin and Whizzer. There seemed to be a bruise forming on his jaw. Of course, it wasn't anything to worry about. Probably just some baseball. They didn't need to start questioning him about it.

Of course, Marvin did anyway. "Jase.."

"Yeah?"

"What happened? Did those kids start messing with you again?" He balled up his fists. "I'm more than ready to beat the shit out of their parents. This is the proof that we needed, kid. They're gonna get kicked out if the coaches see this!"

"Dad, you can't!"

"Why? Don't you want justice? Those kids are gonna get what they deserve!"

"Because!"

"Because what, Jasey?" Whizzer interrupted, holding Marvin's shoulder in order to stop him from getting up and beating the shit out of some parents.

"Because, it's..."

Suddenly, their old "friend" Mendel could be spotted approaching the stands, two boys trailing behind him. They looked rather..aggressive. That's when the couple realized exactly who was messing with their son.

"It's them."
