BILLIE."Where have you been?" My father yelled as I walked through the door, "you were supposed to be home 10 minutes ago!"
"Chill, I was with Zach, I told you." I replied, putting my bag on the floor.
"Zach. Zach Heroin?" He tapped his foot, "I thought I told you stop hanging out with him in Texas."
"That was Texas, plus he's just a kid!" I exclaimed. I made the mistake of letting out a laugh and that seemed to rile him up even more.
"Will he be "a kid" when you're pregnant." He got louder, getting closer with each step.
"That's disgusting." I spat. I tried to push past my dad but he grabbed my sweater and flung me back.
"Your mother didn't die for you to act like this." He pulled me closer by my sweater. I could feel his breathing on my face and fear flooded through my veins.
Tears threatened to fall, "Stop mentioning mom!" I yelled, getting out of his embrace.
"You should've died instead of her." He shook his head and turned around.
I didn't care if the tears fell now, I felt pathetic. He was right, i've done nothing but be a pain to everyone around me. I tried not to let his words get to me but it was hard. My mother died giving birth to me, it was my fault.
I went into my room and locked the door behind me. Grabbing my phone, I went into the bathroom and texted jack. He was the only one who knew what was going on, besides zach and gabrielle, but they were probably sleep right now. He's probably playing fortnite.
I laughed at the thought. Zach and the others were probably the only reason why I was still laughing now. I wouldn't even be here if it weren't for them, in all honesty.
I hesitated before going to Instagram, but I knew what had to be done.
