Chapter 11

"She's waking up Seungmin." An unknown voice muttered.

"I'll be talking to her privately then."

You heard the shuffling of footsteps and a door shut close and opened your eyes warily, "Where am I?"

"My headquarters."

"Seungmin?" You tried guessing the man's identity.

"How much has Hyunjin told you about me?"

"Um not a lot... why am I here anyways?"

"Don't ask me, we found you knocked out and brought you here."

"Oh."

"You don't remember anything?"

"No..."

The doors to the room burst open and another man charged in.

"Hyunjin is attacking." Your eyes widened when you heard his name.

"Sound the alarms Woojin."

The man called Woojin nodded and sped out of the room.

"It seems like your boyfriend is here to retrieve you."

"He's not my boyfriend."

"Whatever the two of you are, you're important to him somehow."

"I'm not."

"Well he is here for you, he didn't even do this for the last girl."

You heart dropped at Seungmin's words, the last girl?

"I'm taking you to find him."

"I thought you hated Hyunjin?" You glared suspiciously at Seungmin.

"I do." He grabbed your wrist and pulled you out into the hallway. Just a few minutes later, you see the faint outline of Hyunjin walking towards you. As soon as he reached you, he swung out his fist, connecting it with Seungmin's jaw.

"What the heck??? Hyunjin stop it!"

"WHY DID YOU TAKE Y/N??" Hyunjin ignored your desperate pleas and launched himself at Seungmin.

The other boy only chuckled and took the few punches Hyunjin was throwing at him. He didn't even freeze when Hyunjin pressed a gun against his temple, clicking the weapon into place.

"What do you think you're about to do?????" You shakily said, finally finding your voice."

"HE STOLE YOU FROM ME!" He roared.

"You let me go." You bluntly stated.

His eyes softened at your pained expression, "I- I didn't want to."

Seungmin felt Hyunjin's grip around him loosen and began formulating a swift plan in his mind. Within seconds, he had Hyunjin pinned against the wall the gun in his hands this time.

"Release me." Hyunjin snarled.

"She's not an object. People can't just steal her."

"She's mine."

"No she's not. Last time I checked, I was the one promised to her."

"What?"

"Stay out of this Y/N." Hyunjin spat.

"No."

"Listen to me."

"And why should I? I can barely trust you."

Hyunjin's eyes seemed to burn in rage when you said those words, "SEUNGMIN STABBED A FUCKING NEEDLE INTO YOU Y/N. WE DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS!"

You cocked your head, this was the first time you've heard of this information after all.

Surprise shown from Seungmin's facial expression, "How can you accuse me of doing that when you have no evidence?"

"I know you well enough."

Suddenly, the two enemies stopped arguing. Somebody's watching us. Hyunjin mouthed to you, he then turned to Seungmin and mouthed, I thought your base was secure.

I mean you broke in so. He signed back.

A noise was heard and then two objects whizzed threw the air and Hyunjin's hand immediately flew up to grab the flying object. A tranquilizer. You caught sight of the syringe briefly.

More darts shot at the three of you and soon enough, Hyunjin and Seungmin couldn't dodge them anymore, "Y/N, you need to get to safety."

"What about you?"

"JUST LEAVE." Seungmin bellowed this time.

You turned on your heels and ran from the hallway.

3 Days Later

It was the same pattern again, you heard no updates about Hyunjin, and no matter how hard you tried not to, you missed him and his friends.

Two knocks came from your door and you couldn't help but to get a feeling of deja vu. You walked cautiously towards the door and stood there for a second.

"Don't open it."

You whirled around, "Seungmin???"

"Lower your voice. You're not safe, come with me."

"How'd you even get in?"

Three more knocks came from the door and the two of you shut your mouth. The door started shifting as the knocks repeated. The sounds became louder and stronger when a muffled shout was heard. The sound of a gun echoed and the door broke down. In stepped Hyunjin and you immediately ran to him. His hand holding the gun shot up and you stopped in your tracks.

"What are you doing?"

"Back off."

"Hyunjin~" Seungmin warned.

He fired a shot into the air, sending a warning too, "Let Y/N go."

"I'm not the one trying to hurt her Hyunjin."

He snarled and rammed his elbow into Seungmin's stomach, knocking the air out of him. Seungmin reacted quickly though, delivering a equally damaging punch to Hyunjin's chin.

"This is war."
