"You stole me Hyunjin. You killed my family you fucking ruthless monster." Y/N spat out each word carefully and surely.
"I know I did, but you have to under-"
"There's nothing for me to understand."
With each step, Y/N walked closer to him, but for some reason, he never showed the slightest bit of fear. You ignored his steely gaze that seemed to challenge yours and raised the whip high into the air.
--------
His chest heaved up and down, trying to catch his breath after the horrific nightmare. She'll never accept me for who I am. No matter how hard I try, there will be a place in Y/N's heart that hates me.
"Chan!" Hyunjin called out and his friend immediately showed up by his side
"What's wrong?" Chan asked noticing his face's complexion.
"Take Y/N back to her house right after she is healed."
"But I thought you wanted to see her again?"
"It won't work out." That's all Hyunjin said before leaving the room.
-------
"What do you mean you're taking me back?" Y/N questioned Chan and Changbin.
"It was his orders."
"I thought he wanted me to stay."
"That's what we thought too."
"Am I completely healed? What even happened?"
"Um we don't know either but Jeongin said you should be fine now. He's a highly skilled doctor and graduated from medical school at age 20."
You nodded your head with relief and followed them out.
Days past after being released from Hyunjin's hideout. You've received no news from him and Felix never stopped by anymore. Does he not care about me? I know we only met a few weeks ago but... Our parents were close, before mine killed his that is... I can't do anything about this though, I still have no idea where he lives.
You left your house after staying cramped in there forever, making your way to a library. Your fingers skimmed the binding of the books until you found the one you were looking for and sat down in a comfy sofa. You were halfway into the book when the words started blurring before your eyes and you squinted in hope of making it clearer. A stabbing pain bounced around in your head and you blinked harshly twice, trying to get rid of this feeling. Nothing seemed to work and you staggered out of the store and slumped down onto the concrete outside.
Changbin had said that you were healthy before taking you back home, unless it was something that even Jeongin couldn't detect. What happened to me?
You let out a weak, "Help..." before closing your eyes and falling into a deep slumber.
-------
Hyunjin knew something was off. He wasn't sure if it was the fact that he kept missing the targets in the shooting range or the fact that he ran out of ice cream this morning when he had clearly restocked the day before. Even though those thoughts were gnawing at his brain, he knew something worse was happening out there but couldn't quite guess what. I hope Y/N is safe right now.
