The Fallen Angels: The Dark Queen

Scene 12 "Time of Lying"

In the Bunker, Nathan, Adan, Justin, Luke, Midnight, and K.J. walk down the hallway.

K.J.- (Gags) "What is that smell?"

A.L.I.C.E.- "That would be my master."

Adan Valentine- "I'll go shower."

Luke Harris- "I'm going to go eat something. All of this running is making me hungry."

Nathan Jones- "Alright."

Luke runs down the hallway leaving sparks bouncing from the walls.

Nathan Jones- "Midnight go by your mother. Justin why don't you go find a room while my father and I have a little talk."

Justin Walts- "Yes sir."

Midnight drops through a portal while Justin runs down the hallway with his gun in his holster. Nathan stops K.J.

Nathan Jones- "Do you want to tell me why you're holding so many secrets from the team? Before you answer that remember I've been having a very horrible last two days. So choose your words wisely."

K.J.- "What has gotten into you?"

Nathan's eyes begin freezing over as his fists begin releasing cold vapor.

Nathan Jones- "You want to know what's wrong with me? Well, let's start. First, I have a team to worry about. We're not like each other in case you didn't notice. Second, we have to worry about some evil goddess from thousands of years ago who can kill us all in the blink of an eye. Third, I find out my kids were holding a major secret from their parents. Fourth, Amelia has three of the worlds worst villains on her side. One of them just so happens to want to kill me. And on top of that, my own dad lied to me. Your own son. So, which do you think I'm more pissed about. Huh? Go on, guess."

K.J.- "Nathan, I know I lied to you."

Nathan Jones- "It's even worse when you decided to tell someone we can barely trust. Valentine."

K.J.- "Nathan, I know. Your mother would be very upset with me but proud at the same time. She would understand that I was only trying to protect you."

Nathan Jones- "Well maybe it's time to stop trying to protect me. I have a family to watch out for. (Begins to walk away only to stop. Not looking at K.J.) You wouldn't know what she was proud of. You were never there for us."

Nathan walks down the hallway and sits in the conference room as Luke, Megan, Justin, Kortney, Jordan, Darin, James, Katelyn, and K.J. enter the room and sit down.

Megan Topps- (Looking around) "Where's Valentine?"

Kortney Jones- "Taking a shower."

Megan Topps- "Ok. (Turning on the projector) Well, this is what we now know about the Queen."

Katelyn Kyd- "She can break through time and space to enter your dreams creating nightmares, she can change into a little girl when necessary, she has an army called the Vakads which we know nothing about."

Megan Topps- "And she can only open the bridge between our world and theirs by being near the most expensive building in the country. Which happens to be.

Nathan Jones- "Valentine Manoir."

Darin Ue- "Which leaves the question. Why did she stay in America when she could've opened the bridge as far away from us as possible?"

Adan Valentine- (Walking in) "Maybe because she wants to fight us for the land."

Kortney Jones- "She wants to prove to the world that The Fallen Angels can't defend them."

Adan Valentine- "Did you just come up with that?"

Kortney Jones- "Yeah."

Adan Valentine- (Looks around the room) "I like it, there's one problem with that name though. (Looks at Kortney) Do you know that a Fallen Angel is an angel kick out of Heaven and sent to Hell?"

Kortney Jones- "Well maybe we can be the Fallen Angels."

Jordan Jones- "The reason we're called the Fallen Angels is that maybe God doesn't want us yet because we have to protect the planet when others can't."

Megan Topps- (To Nathan) "We have smart kids."

Adan Valentine- "Fair enough I'll give you that. (Looking at the screen) So we don't know anything on the Vakads. Now we now that Amelia wants to have a challenge before she claims the planet."

Luke Harris- "Mr. Valentine, you said you made your suit from an unbreakable metal and the knowledge from a computer. Do you think you could have your suit try telling us anything on these Vakads?"

Adan Valentine- "That's a good Idea. Alice, come in here please."

A pink and black striped metal suit walks in and stands next to Adan.

A.L.I.C.E.- "Yes master?"

Adan Valentine- "I need you to show us anything you know about the Vakads."

A.L.I.C.E.- "There seems to be no mention of the Vakads anywhere in time."

Nathan Jones- "Damn."

A.L.I.C.E.- "Maybe Cara knows something."

Adan Valentine- "If you can't find anything then it's not from this world."

Nathan Jones- "We need someone who can go to different universes and try to find out more about the Vakads. (Looks at Megan)"

Megan Topps- "No, we're not sending the kids to another universe to find out what the Vakads are."

Darin Ue- "I hate to say it but I think Nathan is right."

Megan Topps- "I don't care if he's right. We're not sending the kids to every universe."

Luke Harris- "So, you just want to quit and give up on the planet. And all of our families just to save your family?"

Darin Ue- "Some of us don't have any family anymore."

Megan Topps- "I never said I was giving up."

Justin Walts- "Then why don't you want to send your kids to figure this out? We just send a group with her."

Kortney and Jordan Jones- "I'm afraid it doesn't work like that."

Jordan's eyes begin flickering with a dark green light while Kortney's eyes frost over.

Megan Topps- "No, we're not doing that."

Katelyn Kyd- "Guys give her a break. It's her kids let her have the say on what to do with them."

Amelia's voice- (In Kortney and Jordan's ears) "You're needed my fine goddess. Bring her to life."

Kortney and Jordan's eyes glow yellow while everyone argues.
