Chapter 26

"Tianna." I growled out in a whisper. She was the one that would always tease me about my outfit choices and would flirt with Calum all the time. Every time I would look at Calum when they were dating she would full on make out with him In front of me. She hated my guys for years. I don't even know what I did though. And don't get me start on her friends Lisa, Katryna, and Danielle. They bullied me for years but I'm used to it though so it don't really surprise me about this text. I got out of my spot and ran to the group. " I'm gonna head home guys but I'll see you tomorrow." I said before pecking Calum on the lips and jogging off. I jogged back home and when I opened the door my dad sat on his usual chair watching the football game. My favorite team threw the football to the quarterback and went down and got a touchdown. My dad and I yelled "yeah." At the same time. I threw my bag near the couch and I sat down in my usual football spot. " Who's winning?" I asked. " they are by a few points but we're catching up." He explained taking a slip of his Coca-Cola. I ran into the kitchen and grabbed myself an Orange Fanta before running back and taking my seat again. " Go Tom go!!" We yelled at different moments. " You and your football." My mom muttered passing the living room. " So that boy...What's his name? How old is he? How long have you been dating? And Has he treated you good so far?" He asked looking at the TV still. " His name is Calum,he is 18, we have been dating for 3 days, and yes he has treated me nice. Nicer than I thought any guy would." I said smiling. " Finally a guy I don't have to kill. Unlike your brother and his boyfriend." He muttered. I frowned. See my brother Patrick is gay. He has been dating this guy who is a total jerk to us and I tried to tell him this but they ended up getting engaged and moving away from us. So to sum it up we barely get to see him. " Daddy I wouldn't ever let a guy even talk to me if they are anything like Darwin." I said seriously. See Darwin is my brothers boyfriends name. We continued to watch the game intill them end in which our team won. My dad and I bumped chests like boys would and then walked separate ways. I went up into my room with my bag to read. My dad usually goes to the kitchen to talk to my mom while she cooks supper. I pulled out my favorite book" The Fault in Our Stars." I slowly started to read the part I left off at. I read it more than once but it always makes me cry for some reason. I was at the part where they were egging Isaacs ex-girlfriends car. I was so engulfed in the story that I didn't hear my mom call down for me. After about the third time I finally heard it and held my place with a bookmark and ran down the stairs. I saw my plate set out for me already with Sheperds pie. I stuffed my face full and eat it in less than 5 minutes. What there's no one here but my mom and dad why not eat normal and not proper. I then cleaned my plate after my second helping and ran back up the stairs to finish the book. Once I did I wiped the tears that fell out of my eyes and got ready for bed. Right when I got out of the bathroom from changing I heard my phone going off from down the hall in my room. I ran and answered it.

P-Hello?

C-Hey baby.

P-Oh hey babe sorry I just got our of the bathroom to change .

C-That's okay but uh could you open up you window.

P-okay

I pulled up my window and then Calum came crawling in with a bag with him. I hung up my phone and plugged it or my charger before walking to hug him. " Hey baby." I said kissing him then hugging him. " Hey, I couldn't stay away so I brought a pair of clothes for school tomorrow and just eBay to cuddle you." He said pulling back from the hug. " okay baby but I want to tell you that my dad said he is fine with us dating." I smiled . He smiled and picked me up. " No dad has actually gave me the ok intill I meet them." He explained. " Well I told him about you and he said that you sound just fine to him." I replied. " I want you to meet him though." I said taking his hand in mine. " Okay want me to climb out of your window and knock on the front door or are we just going to walk down the stairs?" He asked. " let's just walk down and I'll open and close the front door and then we can go see my dad." I replied. He put down his bag before we walked down the stairs and I did what I said I would do before we went into the living room. " Hey daddy, this is my boyfriend Calum." I introduced. " it's nice to meet you sir." Calum said smiling politely. " it's nice I meet you too. Phylicia had told me about you and you sound like a nice gentleman and I can see that now." My dad said smiling up at Calum. " Dear who was that?" My mom asked walking in.
