Chapter 3: " I don't know that song"

Alison's POV

I sing along to the only song I know by them and throw my hands in the air. Luke was smiling the whole time and I caught his glance a couple of times.

"Don't ya think it's cool how they gave us backstage passes?" Alex asked me as the song ended.

I snort and start to think about how ironic it kinda was. They gave us backstage passes after they caught us sneaking backstage.

Luke was so cute up there. He always looked at Calum as if to see if he was paying attention when he talked to me earlier. Honestly, I never thought I would pay attention to a guy like him. I always go for the jocks, or smart guys but Luke, he was different.

He was funny, sweet, but he had piercings and, don't get me wrong....he made them work. Was I just fangirling?

I look at Alex but she was just staring up at Calum. She was so quiet when she was in front of him but then she got comfortable.

We walk backstage to see about 15 girls surrounding the boys. They were taking pictures of them. Luke looks over and smiles and I drag Alex through the crowd when I'm stopped by a red head.

"Sorry, but there's a line." She said with a smug look.

I look around and just see girls swarming like bee's. I open my mouth to tell her to get her eyes checked but a figure stands next to her and the girl starts to roll her eyes.

The figure was the drummer, Ashton and he asked the rude girl, "Now, sis, what seems to be the problem?"

He puts his arm around her shoulder and she points at me and Alex.

"They cut some girls in the line." She whined.

Ashton started to laugh and I smiled because he motioned at the crowd.

"Ari, be nice please. I brought you along as a sister, not a whiny girl." He teased.

He then waved at me and Alex and said hello with the cutest accent.

"Please excuse my little sister, she's mad because she's being forced to stay here with us for the summer." He said smiling.

Wait. The band was staying here for the summer? Wow. Well, it's not like we will hang out or anything but that's really cool. As Alex and Ashton talk I see Luke talking with Calum and Michael. Girls were starting to leave but I wanted a picture still.

"Hey Alison!" Luke said with a warm smile as I walked closer.

I smiled and waved at him. Calum looked annoyed and walked away with Michael to talk to Ashton's sister. I wonder why Calum was liked that.

"Uhm. What's wrong with Calum?" I ask, knowing that I was probably being nosy.

Luke's eyes glistened as he answered back with a shrug and smiled. He looked over my shoulder and then looked at me.

"I wanna show you something." He said as he stuck out his hand.

I looked back at Alex to see she was engaged in a conversation with Calum. I grab Luke's hands and walk with him to the same room I snuck in earlier with Alex. He sat on the couch and grabbed a guitar. I took a seat next to him.

"I wanna to play something for you." He said blushing.

He started to strum the chords and started to sing. His voice was soft and sweet.

"It starts of like this." He said quietly, still strumming.

"I'm in trouble,

I'm an addict,

I'm addicted to this girl,

She's got my tied heart in a knot,

And my stomach in a whirl."

He looked up and I noticed how close we were. I blush as I say, "Sorry, I don't know that song."

He puts his hand behind his neck and tugs at his lip ring with his teeth and says something that practically killed me right there.

"I know I just met you, which sounds really cliché but, your like that girl in the song." He said blushing.

Probably sucked but eh. I'm trying and Ashton's "sister" is fictional....I think. Haha sorry. But, uh .
