CHAPTER X - TRUST ME

Trust Me

Kisses' POV

The week went through and I felt that the distance between me and Donny is starting to get real. He's always with Sunny. Tsaka nalang siya lalapit pag may tatanungin.

Seriously, this is slowly breaking me. But I am thankful na everytime na nalulungkot ako eh palaging nandyan si Tony. Superman na nga ang tawag ko sa kanya eh kasi he always save my day.

Althroughout the week, I was just with Tony. He knows what I feel for Donny na. Makulit kasi siya, at ang galing niyang magbasa ng nararamdaman ng tao. Kaya nung kinorner niya ko about 'yung nararamdaman ko eh napaamin nalang ako.

He's way too nice that he needs to make me happy sa mga situations like this. Kaya sobrang gaan ng loob ko sa kanya.

Classroom

"Okay class. We will have an activity this week. I will pair you up into two. This is activity is called "Trust me". In this activity it will help you to open up anything about yourself to your partner. Because as we all know, the percentage of depression is getting high, and as your values teacher I believe that the root cause of this is the lack of trust to people. People who experienced this is having a hard time to share what they really feel to other people. Sa mga ganitong pangyayari, I believe na kapag naseshare ng tao ang totoong nararamdaman niya sa isang tao ay mas gumagaan ang pakiramdam nito. So, I will now tell you who you will be with." Sabi ni Ms. Ara

Sana partners kami ni Donny. Miss na miss ko na kasi siya. And alam ko na in this activity, mas makakasama ko siya ng maraming oras. Miss ko na kasi yung dating kami.

"Ms. Bonifacio, you will be with Mr. Briguela. Ms. Avanzado, you'll be with Mr. Espanto, Ms. So you'll be paired with Mr. Pangilinan"

Hala. Sila pa din. Haaaaaay! Ano ba naman si tadhana. Ayaw makibagay. Nakakainis

"Mr. Rascal you'll be paired with Mr. Pascual, Ms. Delavin you'll be with Mr. Labrusca....." -Ms. Ara

Eventhough I am disappointed not being paired with Donny, I am still glad that I will be with Tony.

"I will give you a week to know more about your partner, friday next week I will ask you what you've learned about your partner"-Ms. Ara

"Yes Ma'am"- sabi naming lahat

"Hi Wonderwoman, Partners tayo!"-Tony

"Oo nga Superman. Buti nalang ikaw partner ko" I said.

Ang unique ng tawagan namin ano. Ewan ko ba jan, nung sinabihan ko siya na para siyang si Superman eh tinawag naman akong Wonderwoman. Pero I find it real cute naman kahit papano. Hehe

"Tara sa canteen. Bili tayo pagkain" - Sabi niya

"Tara!"

While we are on our way sa Canteen, I saw Donny and Sunny sitting together. Ang sweet nila. Makikita mo talaga sa mga mata ni Donny that he is really happy. And I know I should be happy for him too.

"Kisses!" -Tawag sakin ni Donny.

"Oh bakit?"

"Tara dito. Share na kayo ng table sa amin"-sabi niya.

Tinignan ko si Tony bago sumagot. Nag-Nod si Tony kaya umupo nalang kami.

Habang kumakain kami ay napansin kong parang iba ang tingin sa akin ni Sunny. Parang nakikita ko siyang nginingisian ako, or baka naman imagination ko lang.

"So, Kisses, balita ko meron daw atang search for Ms. CU"-Tanong ni Sunny

"Ahh. About that, yes. Meron. It'll be a contest between Grade 9-10, there'll be 3 representative per section. So bale 12 candidates lahat." sabi ko

"oooh. That would be cool" sabi niya

"We are planning to scheduled that on the last day, para dun na rin lahat ng awarding." I answered

"When will that be? What date?"

"3 weeks from now. Tomorrow we will know who'll be the representative of each section"

"I think I'm joining" she said

"I am 100% mananalo ka dun" Donny said

"You think so? Aww. You're so sweet talaga" arteng sabi nito.

Wala kaming nagawa ni Tony kundi pakinggan ang kaartehan ni Sunny hanggang matapos kaming kumain. Haaaaay. Pabebe naman nito masyado.

"You okay?" Tony asked

"Oo naman. I think I just need to accept the fact that he loves somebody else, not me" I said habang nakatingin sa malayo

"Know that I'm just here for you, okay?" he said

"Thanks, Superman. You saved my day again"  I smile at him

They say that change is constant, well I think it really is. Ang hirap palang magadjust kapag biglaan.
