Your p.o.v.
You and Niall have been together for 5 months, and you've decided that now's the time for Niall to finally meet your parents.
"Niall are you almost done?" I yelled from downstairs. After I'd gotten no response I went upstairs to search for him. Once I came upstairs I saw him sitting at the end of the bed nervously biting his nails.
"Niall sweetheart, are you okay?" I asked. "Oh Y/N I didn't see you standing there, don't worry about me, I'm just a little bit nervous", Niall said. "Niall, you really don't have to be so nervous, my parents are really sweet and I just know for sure that they're going to love you", I told him.
"But Y/N what if they don't like me or don't like the fact that I'm famous?" "Niall, I love you and I would never leave you no matter what they think of you." Before Niall could say anything there was a knock on the door. I walked downstairs with Niall walking closely after me.
When I opened the door I saw my mom and my dad standing there with a big smile on their faces.
"Come in mom and dad!", I gave them both a big hug and Niall was still standing nervously behind me.
"Hey Niall, I'm Y/D/N and this is my wife Y/M/N. It's so nice to finally meet you, I've heard so much about you", my father told him.
When my dad told him that, I could see Niall relax right away. We went to the couch and talked a bit. Once it was 6pm my dad and Niall went to the barbecue to start with the food.
My mom and I were still sitting on the couch. "He is a lovely boy Y/N, I'm glad you have him in your life now. I see how happy you two are with each other", my mom said.
"Yes, he is the love of my life", I could feel my cheeks getting warmer, "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him". My mom just kept looking at me with a big smile on her face until my dad came in and told us that the food was ready.
While we were walking into the garden I could see Niall standing by the barbecue. I hugged him from behind and I could feel him jump a little bit but he immediately relaxed at my touch. "Hey baby, your dad and I talked a lot and he is a really sweet man", Niall said.
"I told you, My mom also told me she's really happy that we're together and that she thinks you're a really lovely boy". I could see his cheeks burning up and I thought to myself, he's the most adorable guy in the world. How did I get so lucky?
Niall and I had a really great time with my parents and Niall can't wait to do this again.
Okay, soooo this was my first chapter and i have to say i was actually really nervous to write a book.
I always wanted to do this kind of book, but i never had the guts to actually do it😁😂
I'm going to try to make a imagine each week soooo wish me luck and if you guys have any ideas tell me!☺️
(Btw, I'm from the Netherlands so my English is not the best)
