Paige glared at Nicole as they passed each other in the hallway. Surprisingly, just one year ago they were bestfriends. They'd hang out all the time and talk about how mean the 'popular' girls are. Nicole missed the old Paige and hated what she had turned into. It was in May of last year. Those two girls were best friends until they had to do a project in biology. They couldn't pick their partner so Nicole got paired up with this boy named Mason that Nicole really liked while Paige got paired up with one of the most popular girls in school, Chloe Hilton. Paige went to Chloe's house everyday to work on their project and they got closer and closer. Paige suddenly started hating Nicole, started talking to other popular girls, and started sitting at the popular table. From that day on, Paige and Nicole were never really friends and she HATED the new Paige Foster.
