How it works: she can control weather but that weather has to be the weather that is happening at that time (example: its a sunny day, she can blind people with a bright light like the sun for several minutes but its only temporary, another example: its raining meaning she can use water based attacks, ect.) (It can also be multiple if it turns out to be like say raining and snowing at the same time meaning she has water and ice abilities, or sunny plus really really hot which means she can use blinding and fire)
Personality: shes kinda cold, she doesnt really believe much in friendships because shes been betrayed so much in the past
