HORRORIA

Prologue

Jungkook sat on the edge of the seat, staring at the Judge. He had a horrible headache, desperate to know if he would win the case. Namjoon, his best friend who was also his lawyer for this case, held Jungkook's clammy hand under the table for support. His other two close friends, Seokjin and Hoseok, were sitting behind them, both equally as nervous. 

"I find the offender"

Jungkook held his breath.

"Not guilty" The loud smack of the pierced through Jungkook's ears.

Jungkook immediately burst into tears. The man that had ruined his childhood, his innocence, his sanity, was walking out that door scot-free. Namjoon instantly brought him into a hug, rubbing his back in soothing circles. The man Jungkook hated the most walked over to the desk that both Namjoon and Jungkook were sitting at. 

"What did I tell you, son, dad always wins"

Hoseok gave him the middle finger from behind Jungkook and Namjoon, the most disgusted look spread across his face. Jin mouthed 'get fucked' with the same facial expression as Hoseok. Jungkook's dad, with the biggest shit-eating grin, just spun on his heels and walked to the courtroom door. 

"T-this isn't fair! After everything he did, after I finally stand up to him, I get labelled as a lair!? I hate this world!" Jungkook sobbed into Namjoon's shoulder.

People walking out the courtroom after the intense trial gave Jungkook pitiful looks. Hoseok made his way over the little rail that separated him from the hugging pair, Jin did the same. They all hugged Jungkook from all sides which only made him cry more.

"It's my fault, isn't it!? For being born, for being there, in his way"

"Don't say things like that Jungkook! It's not your fault, that bastard got out of here unreprimanded because that judge is blind, now, why don't we all spend the night at my place? Away from him, away from all this negativity" Namjoon said pulling away from Jungkook so that he could look at him. All Jungkook could do was nod before going back to hugging Namjoon and sobbing into his arms.
