In the previous chapter. . .She stopped, slightly turning her head over her shoulder, a glimpse to her face offered to the male. "I do not know."
"Maybe, if fate decides so." And just like that, she disappeared into the crowd, only a phantom of her presence lingering in the air.
Now we continue.

A blonde haired woman walked down a brightly lit hallway, the smooth floor echoing the click of her heels.
With a knock on the door, she entered an office, large and expensively decorated one might say, a soft tune of the piano playing in the air.
"Mistress." The blue eyed female announced her presence, bowing to the lady standing in front of the piano.
"Is something wrong, Amelia?" She asked, stopping her hands from pressing any more keys, her voice as sweet as honey.
"There seems to be a problem within our branch in Korea." She informed, her eyes scanning over the files in her hand. "What do you suggest we do?"
After a deafening silence, the black haired lady ordered, "Announce Myung, Yoonjae and Christine of our departure. Tell them to come to the rooftop, for we are going to pay a visit to Hei."
Bowing, Amelia courtly said, "Right away." and left the room.
Engulfed once again by silence, the beautiful woman sat up, walked to her desk and pulled out a cross earing.
"I'll see you sooner than anticipated, Raizel."

Unsettled murmurs circulated today also, a lot more frequent than yesterday, for the 'mysterious' owner of the worldwide technology corporation Wingfi was arriving on the notice of "inspection", making every employee trembled to their very core.
It was said that the ON was a cruel man that ruled with an iron fist as his weapon, remorseless and so frightening, that he was the Devil reincarnated.
Yet at the end of the day, they were nothing but rumours.
And now, after the announcement of the ON's arrival, everyone was on edge. Everyone but Hei Ryung, the CEO of the Korean branch, who even smirked as beautiful woman with hair darker than the night and eyes the colour of the sun entered the building, four people following from behind.
As she and her followers (A/N: I couldn't find a better word. Forgive me if it sounds as if it was a cult.) stepped in, everyone in the main entrance froze in their place, an abnormal silence in the air.
"Good day, ON Annalise Nightingale." Hei bowed her head, her blue locks falling from her shoulders.
Annalise smiled as she inclined her head in acknowledgment. "Thank you for having me, CEO Hei Ryung."
Turning a bit to the side, Hei pointed to the private elevator. "If you would follow me."
And so, boarding the elevator and going to the top floor, they left the workers, mouths wide open from shock, for they didn't expect their ON to be a young lady in her twenties.

"I believe you already know Amelia and Myung." Annalise stated, seating herself in a white leather chair. "The other two are Kim Yoonjae, my IT consultant, and Christine Rosenberg, my schedule planner."
