Part 13 ➡ Double Exposure Text

Now, let's start the 13th part.

Step 1
Make a new canvas, as always. But, it should be a landscape. So I will use 1366 x 768 pixel.

Step 2
Type anything (depends on what you want to type), then set the font and font size. I recommend you to use serif and bold font in this tutorial, so your text will be like this.

Step 3
Open the picture that will be used as the effect. I use branches png picture. Move the branches png picture to the canvas, set the size so that it covers all of the text like this.

Step 4
Command-click the text (Ctrl+thumbnail of the layer text/Red Box) to make a selection in each character of the text like this,

Then, click Add Layer Mask in the red box (look at the picture above), and your text will be like this.

Next, click the eye icon in the red box (picture above) to inactive the layer. Here it is. Your Double Exposure Text is done.

Step 5
Save your picture, as always. Change the format to jpeg. Here is the result.
