Hai, back again with the 5th part of my tutorial 😊😊
This part still about Galaxy Effect, but with another style.

If in the previous part we have galaxy effect using Color Overlay, here we have galaxy effect with Threshold. So, let's start!

Step 1
As usual, make your new canvas.

Step 2
Open the picture that you want to edit. I use a picture of Lai Guanlin from Wanna One here. Next, click Quick Selection Tool, and select ONLY Guanlin's head. See at the picture below.

After you select it, move the part that you have selected to the canvas using Move Tool

After you select it, move the part that you have selected to the canvas using Move Tool. Next, Click Ctrl+T on your keyboard to resize Guanlin's picture on the canvas. So, the picture will be like this.

Step 3Click Image ===>> Adjustment ===>> Threshold, your picture will be like in the picture below and you will also meet something like this,

Set the threshold level as you want.

Step 4
Open galaxy picture from your device, and move it to the canvas, and it will be Layer 2. Make sure that Layer 2 is above the Layer 1 (Guanlin's Picture). After that, you can set the Blending Option from Normal to Lighten, and your picture will be like this.

Step 5
To furnish the picture, you can add text on it. Click Horizontal Text Tool, and type something as you want. I type Guanlin's name here.

Next, click the icon in the red box, change the Style into Arc

Next, click the icon in the red box, change the Style into Arc. And your text will be like in the picture.

You can make Text Picture with the text, and done
